Description of Work: Due to weather, I had to repeatedly reschedule and then call to check to see if and when they were coming. When the appointment was definitely confirmed, the technician did arrive in a timely manor and ascertained what was wrong and gave me a cost to fix it, which I considered too high. As a result, I contacted another extremely reputable plumber to re-evaluate the situation and make the repairs.

Description of Work: "My Plumber" is Jamie Foster (865) 609-6080. Jamie is Extremely Professional, knowledgeable, and Honest. He is a very hard worker, who has a lot of years of experience. We purchased a "Tankless Waterheater", and Jamie installed it in a very short period of time. He did an immaculate job of cleaning up after his work was completed. I have had a couple of additional plumbing issues, and whenever I have had to call Jamie, he answers my call immediately!! He is a pleasure to know. I highly recommend Jamie Foster.

Description of Work: Replaced a faucet and something in the pipe. My wife reluctantly agreed to the price before I got home from work. She just wanted it fixed once and for all! I would have gotten a second estimate and would have gotten the work done a whole lot cheaper!! We will never use this company again due to their outrageous prices!!! The $627.00 was including the $32.00 we paid on Angies list.

Description of Work: They installed a pressure reducing valve, and repaired our hot water heater. WE had some hammering in our pipes which he also corrected. I was very impressed and pleased with his work. I will definately use them again and have recommended them to several of my friends.
