My Professional Plumber

Very good! My Professional Plumber was punctual and quick to fix the issue. Additionally, they support financing plans that enabled us to get the work done with NO money down. When I asked other providers what their financing plans were, they replied, "...we do the work; you pay us." NO payment or financing options! When I complained that an estimate of, "...somewhere between $450 and $12,000" was a bit hard to plan for, they just shrugged and told me they would, "work with me." What does that really mean? Anyhow, MPP was awesome and guarantee their work.

They did an excellent job! I will definitely recommend them and absolutely use them, again.

Jamie Foster came quickly (on a Saturday morning). He quickly diagnosed the problem. He was very knowledgeable and professional and fixed the problem. I will definitely use him the next time we need a plumber.

Anthony did the worked that I requested, and did it correctly. Finding a knowledgeable, reliable, and skilled plumber is not an easy task, but working with this company turned out to be a good experience. I would recommend them.

Justin was the tech and he was a clean cut,courteous and very professional. My only complaint would be the price. I contribute part of that to the replacement water heater being a commercial grade. Hope it was worth it!

Excellent service but expensive - $716. $175 for going into the crawlspace and $59 for just showing up. Hope a good portion of the crawlspace $ went to technician. If not, rip off.

Work went well. Was done in a timely manner and also provide a overall plumbing inspection without any sales pressure.

I thought they were expensive and pushy. They were trying to sell other stuff. They were very professional about the job but I wouldn't use them again. They replaced an overflow tank for my hot water heater. They were on time. They did a good job. They were quick, cleaned up and got out.

Very good in all ways. The plumber replaced the cartridge in one of the two leaking faucets, but one continued to leak. He returned to install a new faucet and we were credited for the installation of the initial cartridge. All of our questions were answered as the repairs were assessed and recommendations were made. Anthony Branam was the plumber and he was very professional, courteous, well-qualified, and did an excellent job. The work seemed to be at a higher cost than plumbers we have dealt with in the past, but the quality seems to be better.

It was a big job as had to remove the double cast iron sink we had. Also, had to be careful to not chip the Silestone countertop that was installed with the cast iron sink. Anthony did a great job, with assistance from Jason to help him remove the original sink. It looks good, and we are very pleased with the outcome.

They were professional. They were really outstanding I thought. It was expensive but it was worth it. The toilet wasn't flushing and the water wasn't going in and out of the tank. The thing in there was the original one so it must have went back 25 years a go or so. So they completely updated it. Price was high it was $300 for everything. I would only give them a B because it was pretty expensive for this old toilet. But since it was not working well its a pleasure to be using it. It was expensive. They are just unusual for just a repair people who come to your home. They were a step above everybody else. They were very professional, they knew all the equipment, they knew exactly what to do, cleaned up after themselves. Were very careful about taking their shoes off. Most of all the work they did was just excellent.

Anthony Branam did an excellent job. He surveyed the problem, went to purchase the needed supplies, fixed the leak and cleaned up the area in less than two hours. He arrived on time, was very professional, polite and friendly. He is now listed in our address book as our top plumber for any future needs. Thanks Anthony

The workers were very good. It took a couple of hours for them to compete the project and they left the area very good.

The technician that came out told me that the whole thing would need to be redone and would cost me $150+. Additionally he tried (fairly aggressively) to up-sell me on installing a garbage disposal at the next visit - when he was 'rebuilding my faucet' - and priced everything (work, disposal, installation) at $350+. We ended up calling the company back and paying the consultation fee then calling another company to the work for us.

Good service, price seemed high but I live in Farragut and use to paying a premium. It was same day work so that was likely a premium as well. $2000 for water heater, $429 for water regulator

From the initial phone call, pricing, scheduling to completion, everything went great! I will definitely recommend them & will personally calling again for future opportunities. A new toilet was not in my budget this month; however my 25 year old toilet now sounds and works like new! There are no water leaks so my utility bill should show a decrease in water usage.

Plumber frightened renters and didn't even give me a correct estimate on what was really wrong. When I hired another plumber they found one small pinhole in a line and charged 150 to fix replacing the valves. This one told me pipe were broken in the wall and wanted $285 in addition to the $39 I had already paid.
