Description of Work: I feel that they are extremely overpriced. Appointment was for 1 pm, arrived at 2 pm Charged $69 for estimate and quoted $1,200 for few hours of work. Never received a call back after complaint. Will never do business with them.

Description of Work: I needed to have my water main connection and meter checked, and a small leak at the base of a high-pressure toilet also checked. Jamie Foster would not charge for the visit, since he didn't have to do any repairs. I later had a serious problem that I will have him fix as soon as the insurance process is complete and we have approval on what will be done.

+ 0 moreI first called on MyPlumber during the winter months when I had a water pipe burst during a hard freeze. Mr. Foster arrived within the hour and worked quickly to repair the pipe and restore water to the house. He also offered a suggestion and suggested that I add a cut off valve in order to prevent a reoccurance. During this visit, he was professional, pleasant, and was careful to explain everything in detail. He answered all my questions thoroughly. I highly recommend MyPlumber (Jamie Foster) for any plumbing issues, whether it be a repair, remodel, installation, or routine maintenance. Exceptional service!
Description of Work: During a routine maintenance check (semi-annually), MyPlumber identified an issue that wasn't urgent but one that I should continue to monitor. I wasn't pressured to make an immediate decision or to spend money on a repair that wasn't necessary right away. I inquired about another project (installing a water line and attaching the ice maker to an extra refrigerator located in the garage) during this preventive maintenance visit. Mr. Foster offered a couple of options, provided what I considered a reasonable cost estimate and we set a time for him to return to finish the work.
