My Professional Plumber

It went fine. We were very pleased with them. We called them on a Friday night, it was like 6 o'clock so everybody would have been closed. He called us back within 15 or 20 minutes and there was a man out here to work on our leak within an hour. We do have their card on our refrigerator if we need them again.

It was very good. The owner came and performed the work. He made good several recommendations; the work was performed as we scheduled it and within the budget we discussed. There were no problems. He is reliable and extremely competent. He is reasonably price.

They were excellent to work with. They took care of the project on time and did it for the price that was quoted. They did a good job.

As usual, My Professional Plumber was on time, courteous, performed the work quickly and cleanly.

He was prompt and professional and explained possible work and the cost to be done in the future.

Everything went well. He was nice and courteous and I would use him again for sure.

Jamie was very professional, explained everything to me and answered numerous questions about future plumbing needs/ wants for our home. very pleased.

The plumber was very patient with my never-ending questions and was able to explain the procedures to be performed in full detail. The only snag was that I should have had him test the washing machine with a full load of clothes, not just a full drum of water, because the next day when I ran a load of clothes the washer was extremely out of balance and not level. Please note my situation is unusual in that the washer and dryer are elevated on a wooden platform which had to be moved to perform various procedures. Unfortunately, the washing machine not being level resulted in one of the new washing machine hoses leaking and a friend and I ended up having to perform the repair and move the machines yet again. So, one should always check a washing machine with a full load of clothes and a full drum of water since there is more weight with wet clothing than just a full drum of water. I should have thought about this factor. All in all, I was pleased with the service except for this glitch.

It was as Saturday and all of a sudden we had hot water pouring out of a light in the kitchen ceiling. We found "My Professional Plumber" on Angie's List and called. The plumber was there within a half hour. He made minimal mess, found the issue right away, and fixed the problem for us. He told us the plumbing in the house was not the best, and he did the best he could. He gave us a quote on what he would charge to redo the whole house, if we found in the future that we needed to do that. It was very reasonable!

It was great. He came out and took care of it right away.

Responded very quickly, came same day. Inspected for leaks, none found. Very professional.

Inspected potential plumbing problems that concerned me and offered fixes and/or suggestions on solutions. Jonathon came in the promised time frame, was knowledgeable, professional and friendly. We will work with him after the first of the year to upgrade some bathroom fixtures.

Jamie was very punctual and usually finished before he anticipated. He was very professional. He started doing smaller jobs like the tub draining slowly and the toilet gurgling. He tried to fix everything he could before it became apparent that there was an obstruction in the outgoing drain. He had to spend a week, including a Saturday, replacing the drain to the street. He kept me informed all the way. He did an excellent job. He is also just a very nice person.

It went great. The $32 coupon through Angie's list was a super bargain. Jonathan did a very proficient job during the inspection. He was professional, knowledgeable and thorough. If we have any more plumbing issues, we will call them again. The main reason I called this company was the great Angie's List reviews. I had settled on calling either My Professional Plumber or another highly rated company. The coupon was the final decision maker so I never called the other company. I started receiving emails from Jamie at My Professional Plumber about getting an appointment scheduled. He followed up with a few more emails requesting details of the service request and called the morning of my appointment to confirm.

TThought galvanized pipe was culprit, and gave quote for fixing

My sister really liked them. She had called them again and they sent an associate out and she really liked him. However, I had made an appointment with them, but they totally forgot about it.

It was good. I thought they did a good job and I would be having them back to do some other work. The initial service call plus the repairs costed me about $1700 in total.

It worked out excellently. We really were impressed with his knowledgeability. He fixed the problem completely, gave us good advice. He discovered the problem. We had a secondary problem that we had mentioned to him about the toilet taking on and kind of running water overnight and we knew that our neighborhood had high water pressure and so he checked about that first and he told us the proper pressure PSI with that valve should and it was about 125 and it was supposed to be 75 and so he replaced a valve for us, which really needed done and he knew exactly how to fix it so he went ahead and fixed another problem besides our just water heater flush. We went little bit above the Big Deal price and total was around $350 and there was valve cost. We would recommend him to anybody and we will be using him in the future from now on.

They contacted me promptly and they had the plan for replacing the line with the least amount of disturbance to my yard (grass and landscaping - I have 3 young children so this is important). They did the job ahead of schedule and were very professional and courteous.

The plumbing inspection was well worth the $69.00 price. He was very thorough although he did not move the refrigerator which is on wheels to check the icemaker line. We had a leak in that a week later. His recommendations were very helpful and most of them like replacing hoses and flapper valves in the toilets can be done by the homeowner. He was very professional and polite. Wore shoe covers to enter the house and left a list of his findings and pricing. He also had a book that gave price comparisons for the services they provide. He was here about two hours. I have a plumber that I haveused in the past and knew that he did good honest work so I called him for the water heater. I would not use this company because of the prices.

The service provider was timely and very informative of the issues with our plumbing systems. He was very courteous and professional. I would recommend them and use them again for future plumbing needs.

This has taken care of the problem

They suggested a fix that would cost thousands of dollars and cause our foundation to be cut with a cement cutter. The technician that arrived said over and over what an honest company they were, to the point that it was annoying, off putting and frankly made us question his honesty. They charged us over $500 just to tell us this much. Luckily we had a second estimate done by another plumbing company (United Plumbing). one that we had used for a different fix, also an Angie's List deal. Wayne came out, gave us an estimate to fix the pipes in a way that was much less invasive and did not charge us, in fact he gave us a coupon for $25 off our next service call. Then he did something spectacular, he told us about a company that specializes in clogged drains (Kington) "for $150 they will come out and fix the drain or it can't be fixed." We called them and they did just that, they were in and out within a few hours and our drains are running clear. Thanks to Wayne at United plumbing Company and Kington Plumbing(the drain company) we were able to save thousands of dollars and the stress of having to demolish our floors. And shame on MyPlumber, Inc for shoddy service!

It went as always, great. Mark showed up on time and removed the old gas lines. He worked with landscaper to conceal the new install so it was accessible. Then replaced all gas lines from meter and rerouted through less intrusive way. Then ran a new water line to side of house and installed a new spigot. All the work was done with great care and as always they clean up.
