Jamie was great! He explained everything before he started working so that I understood what the problem was, what the cost would be and how quickly he could fix it. I would recommend him without hesitation!

For all the work, a smidgeon below $1,000. It took two trips and about a half day so I think that's about what I would expect.

I contacted the company after finding them on Angie’s List. Scheduling was easy. I called them in the morning and they were able to have someone out by noon that day. They told me up front exactly what the price would be. If it would have taken longer than expected, there would not be any additional costs. There were no problems. My experience with them was great!

We have been using them for many years. He is always very accommodating with scheduling. One time we had an emergency and he came right out. Their prices are always in line with other companies. He is the only one we will ever use in Knoxville. He always shows up on time. He is very clean and cleans up after himself after finishing the job. He has been just fantastic! It worked when he was here but shortly after he left the house I went to turn it on and it started jerking violently. Everytime I turn it on it jerks. So I called him and he said that it would cost me extra to have someone come back out and fix it. I wrote a negative review for him on Angie's List because of it and then he called and told me that if I would delete my negative review he would reimburse me for half and then after the deletion that he'd reimburse me for the other half. I deleted the review and then he called and told me that he had changed his mind and wasn't going to send me the other half even though I'd deleted the review.

Two technicians came for the job and completed it within an hour and a half. Clean-up was great! My experience with them was good.

For scheduling, I did have to call twice as the appointment was not confirmed on their end. The visit was short and quick. The technician cut a hole in the ceiling, but was unable to fix the problem. I did like their pricing structure that outlined the exact cost of each particular plumbing job. We later diagnosed the problem on our own.

They were able to come out the same day I called. They completed all of the work in one day and left everything in great order. Overall, my experience with them was fine.

They installed it, but it does not work properly. They told me it was brand new, but it was not. They never put a pan under it. They also did not install the water outlet properly. When I told them I was going to take them to court, they said they would have my heater fixed. He never came back and I was too irritated to call them back. I feel that I am due some monetary expensive.

It all started out after I had noticed an odor in my bathroom. It did take two trips for the job to be done efficiently. The technician didn’t initially realize where the odor was coming from and located that there was a backup in the sink as well. They had to clean to drain to get rid of the odor. The technician was very professional and the work he did was fine. He cleaned up good. Overall, everything has been well.

My Professional Plumbers were the subcontractors for another renovation I was currently having done. They did an excellent job on that plumbing job that I asked them to look into the noise. He ended up removing a PVC that was not tied in correctly. They replaced it with an iron pipe so that it wouldn’t vibrate. After the job was complete, they even repaired the wall and cleaned up well. I think that the price was very fair. My experience with them was excellent. I would highly recommend them! I have also signed up for their maintenance scheduling where they inspect the plumbing and pipes once annually and complete any repairs if necessary.

I initially came across the company after searching on the web. Scheduling an appointment is pretty easy. They are a smaller business and the owner was quick to get back with me for scheduling. They are very professional and punctual to appointments. Their pricing system can be a bit confusing. They have a fixed price menu where certain jobs fall into a particular category. In general, their pricing is fine and right in line with others. We had a good experience with them. I would use them again and recommend them to others.

They sent the owner to look at the job and then sent a technician to do the work. He did nothing the first time and he had to come back out a second time. I felt the work they did was a little sloppy.

They did a really good work. It took a lot of time to connect it to the meter. They were very pleasant and kept us informed of what they were doing.

The pump was hooked up wrong, but they came out and fixed it promptly.

I am very pleased with their service. We had 2 water leaks in our front yard. It is 20 years old pipe. Owner suggest to replace main line since it is OLD pipe and will have more problems even we repair it this spot.. So We decided to replace main line. I went with them because they do not mess up front yard. They have equipment that does not require to dig the yard. We got 15 years warranty with it. It adds the value to our house.
