Bottom Line: There simply is no better painter than Tom Mullins. He sets the standard for me.

Great. Thomas is very detailed and does a wonderful job. We live out of town and gave him the keys to the house to paint. Punctual,, great work and cleans up his workplace. Really cares about the quality of his work and it shows. No wonder he is so busy. Great competitive price and great work. I would hire him again if I needed to.

I needed to have the entire interior of the house painted (walls only, no trim) before I put my home on the market for sale. I called Thomas based on the Angie's List reviews and he came out not once, but twice, so that both my husband and I could meet him and talk about the job. He originally through the task would 3-4 days. We scheduled a start date and discussed what materials I would need to purchase for the job. Thomas called 2 days before the date we had chosen to make sure things were still a go, and they were. He was on time to start work and ready to go. The home was a chore to paint. The previous owners had put different types of paint on the walls (and some only had tinted primer) making the job a challenge. Thomas did an AMAZING job. It did take a bit longer than the original estimate, but that wasn't at all a problem for us. We aren't living in the house, so I simply gave Thomas access and let me him come and go as he needed. When the job was over the house looked amazing. Thomas is a very clean painter. I did not find a single drop of paint spilled ANYWHERE in the entire house. He painted 4 bedrooms, a living room, a large bonus room, 2 bathrooms, the kitchen, all the hallways, and a very tricky stairwell with high ceilings. Thomas went above and beyond, even bringing in our trash cans on trash day when he knew we were out of town. Thomas is a super hard working young professional. I am hard to please and was thoroughly happy with the job he did in the house. I would hire him again for any painting task.

Thomas came out and quoted us on painting our foyer (24ft) and crown molding throught foyer and hallway. He scheduled a time that was convenient with us. Was promptly there at the specific time as well as called the day before to confirm. He estimated the job to take 8 hours was done within 6. He is very meticulous and there was not one speck of paint anywhere.

They did exactly what they promised, and they did a great job. They were even willing to do more to ensure that I was happy.

Very well. He was prompt, courteous, honest, and did a great job. We let him in when we were not home & there were no issues with that whatsoever.

The work was perfromed within a few days of agreeing on the work. I was concerened about coverage since he was painting a dark brown house a much lighter color. He was able to get the coverage needed. I was please with the quality of work for the price charged.x

Mr. Mullins was curteous and punctual, and most importantly did a great job painting! He was neat and tidy, put on enough coats that nothing showed through without charging extra for each coat, and I haven't found a single drip of paint on my floors. He originally quoted us 2 days for the job for a total of $450. A very reasonable quote. The job ended up taking an extra day (it was a really big job), but Thomas said he had set aside an extra day to complete it because he suspected it could go over (as did we). He didn't charge any extra for the overtime. My husband and I are both very pleased with the work. The paint really transformed our house and made it a much more cheerful place to live. We sincerely enjoyed working with Thomas and having him at our house. He is very down to earth, and the kind of person you feel comfortable leaving alone in your home. I would recommend Thomas Mullins without reservation and we will definitely be calling him next time we need a painter.

Mullins paint first came out and gave us an estimate. Then told us the day he would start and how long it would take. He also said that he only works one job at a time, meaning that he would be on my house every day untill it was finished. He worked with us on everything very nicely and was very profesional. The work was completed in the amount of time that he stated nand we are very pleased with it.

Everything went really well....a great experience, especially since this was our first time using an Angie's List recommendation!

The dining room had a large amount of trim, he took his time and did a beautiful job. Very professional, nice and well-mannered. Took only a small break, finished the job without any difficulty. Showed up right on time and cleaned up everything in sight. Will definitely use this painter again!

I purchased a coupon for $225 for Painter for a Day. He was very responsive to my call, set up a date to do the work, and was right on time. It was a very difficult job because of the 2-story wall and having to deal with the staircase, but he did an excellent job, especially along the trim. He was very courteous, respectful, and professional. Would definitely hire again.

He got everything done in less than 8 hours. He did a beautiful job and got done in plenty of time. He was just very meticulous. His name is Thomas.

We actually decided to hire him for the job, but due to our relocation, we were on a tight time frame, and Mr. Mullins was booked up until after we hoped to place the house on the market. Between the time of our estimate consultation and our call to hire him, I spoke with Mr. Mullins a few times. He did suggest that I book him early and kept me posted on the lead time he would need. We just couldn't get it together in time to book him!

Arranged days to paint, reviewed work to be done, called prior to the time to arrive, and worked consistently to finish the job well. Called a few days after each job was finished to check if any "touch ups" were needed since complete drying, etc. Reviewed each job when returning for the next job.....was hired for 3 different "painting job times." Would highly recommend Mr. Thomas Mullins to others.

He was a nice young man but worked quite slowly so work took much longer than expected, even though I did at about 35% or more of the work myself. Main problem was lack of professionalism. Didn't mix pain adequately so started off in 2 rooms with paint that changed colors as the room was painted. I threw out those cans and started anew with additional paint so that cost in time and supplies. It might have been easier to do it myself.

I called Thomas and he was very clear that he had lots of jobs ahead of us because of the Angie's list coupon. We agreed on a meeting time, he came to see the project and make sure he had the right ladders and materials to do the work. He was there on the expected date, even though the weather had put him behind. He painted the designated areas, and wanted to do a little extra cleaning and replacing of items we had moved. He doubled checked his work and told us if we saw anything unfinished or that we didn't like to let him know and he would fix it.

I loved Tom, he is such a nice person and does such a good job. I would be happy to have him come again. I do have more rooms to be repainted but until I decide what color I will get in touch with him again. There was no paint on my oak trim just on the walls. He is a professional and it shows.

I called Thomas Mullins on 7/26/12 and left a voice mail requesting he call regarding a painting job. He never returned my call.

Thomas called ahead to say when he would be arriving to do the work. He was very courteous and immediately got started. The job was completed as described, and it was done very well. He and I reviewed the areas they painted when they had finished, and I was very pleased with their work. He and his assistant cleaned everything up very nicely upon completion.

I called Thomas and he came out and quoted our paint job. We called him back and scheduled the job once school was out. He arrived on time and worked all day, i don't remember him even stopping for lunch. His work is very good and neat. He cleans up as he goes, and his trim work is excellent. It took a day and a half for him to finish both coats and it looks great. Thomas is a young man starting his own business so he is eager to work and do a good job. Thomas charged us 150.00 which in our opinion for the quality of work and time he spent wasn't enough, so we paid him 200.00. We would highly recommend Thomas for your painting needs, his rates are reasonable and he does excellent work. We will call him back when we are ready to paint downstairs.

So happy to find a painter who would do my small job so carefully, and at a reasonable price! Communication and response with initial contacts and the estimate visit were fast and courteous. Labor costs were excellent for the quality of work! Thomas arrived to time and put in full days to complete this job. He is very knowledgeable, careful, thorough, and detail oriented. Also very neat as he goes along, and minimal clean up was even needed, but what was necessary he did thoroughly. Excellent communication throughout the whole job. I will definitely be calling him to do more painting for me in the future. I highly recommend Mullins Painting!

The owner of the company came out to do an estimate (which was very reasonable for the amount of work to be done). He was prompt, friendly, and professional. He was able to give me very helpful advice about the type of paint needed for the job. He even volunteered, and followed through on his promise, to try to get samples in the brand of paint I'd chosen. We made arrangements through a later phone call, when I became ready for the work to be done, for a date to have my kitchen painted with two coats of paint and the trim, minus doors, painted. He worked me into a busy schedule. He was of good character and was very polite. I had no hesitation about having him in my home. He went out of his way to make the experience as easy as possible for me and didn't complain. I have my home for sale, and the room now looks fresh and clean. I'm proud of its appearance thanks to Mullins Paint Company.
