Smooth transaction. Worked with me, as we had to reschedule couple of times. Painters were punctual and professional. Will use again.

We have used McLaine's for several painting projects. They recently also did our exterior trim. We took advantage of special discounts for having the interior work done during their slow season. We had a different team this time, but as usual, they were punctual and professional. There were several difficult places to repair and they were careful to make sure we were satisfied with each section. I appreciate having an hour of time with a color consultant; it helps avoid mistakes! I also appreciate that they use quality paint. Charles McLaine is very meticulous and conveys that to his workers. They also have a warranty and if we find we missed some places that need touch up, they will be back to fix them. We have never been dissatisfied with the work done. The price is perhaps a little higher than with some companies, but you get quality and a professionally done job by courteous workers.

It went well. Jason came out & I told him my needs & my limited amt. I could spend. It's a inside job so they were waiting for rain if they could - I said yes but must be done by Oct. 19th, 2017. They moved all the furniture I had all rest done - The team was so great & helpful & Steve came out to see if I was happy with colors/same day they came. Cleaned up everything. So happy with them.

The job went great. From the initial estimate; to communicating with us prior to beginning of the job; to the painting itself, the process was smooth and professional. Jason, the estimator, was easy to deal with. Lucas was the onsite foreman, and he kept us informed during the whole process. Brian and Aaron were the lead painters and they did a great job painting. They also cleaned up and stored their gear at the end of every day. Quality of work was professional. Office staff were helpful when I had a question. Alfie was helpful in selecting a color.

The work was timely completed with pressure washing the paint surfaces, minor repairs, caulking, primer where needed and two finish coats. The site was kept clean and orderly both during the working hours and after, all weather delays or other matters were timely communicated to us, and the completed project carefully inspected by the field supervisor and the owner; then by the supervisor and me. The result is a quality job, well executed and at a fair price. Also, they include a two year warranty.

Arrived on schedule, protected floors, taped plastic over door openings to protect other rooms from sanding dust. Company owner visited on first day of work to review project. Painting staff very pleasant and professional.

From the estimator to the scheduler right through the painters, this company obviously has customer satisfaction defined as its primary goal. Everything was done from the perspective of service and making sure the customers needs are met at a fair price. Very impressed and will definitely use them again as well as recommend to anyone. When the house needs a full coat of paint in a couple years, I will be a return customer for certain.

Doug came out to give us an estimate and looked things over thoroughly making recommendations as he went. We decided to use Mclain's as they are very professional and knowledgeable. The men showed up to do the work as promised and made sure every detail was covered. Great job painting and staining! They cleaned up the job site as they worked and made sure everything was cleaned up and back in place before they left. So glad we decided to use them. Will definitely use them for our next painting project.

We were pretty happy with them. They were great about taking care of things. I would use them again. They were great but it took forever. The owner was great to work with. If we were not satisfied with anything they would come back out and make sure things were the way we wanted.

excellent professional job, the ceiling looks fantastic. Workers were punctual and called when they were running late. No rush job, went about their job very carefully. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again!

PJ and Scott were always prompt. Always arriving at last 15 minutes prior to work start time. We are impressed and amazed at the quality of work performed by PJ and Scoot. We can't say enough great things about them.

Crew chief did a pre-work walk through to review work to be done. Crew arrived on time and cleaned up all areas very well each day. A final walk through with the crew chief revealed several issues, which were addressed and fixed to satisfaction. The crew was good to work with.

I received a couple of proposals from painting companies. I opted to pay and select McLain's believing that I would get a better quality paint job. But the completed work was only average. The work did commence and was completed essentially on time as planned. All crew members were very courteous. The crew worked safely.

They've been pretty good. They could be quicker and have more employees. The guy that come out and did the quote, he was very nice, he was very helpful. I mean he was very good.

Great! This is our second experience with McLain,s and it was just as professional and trouble-free as the first. They showed up on time, kept us informed, were courteous and professional, and did great work. I can recommend without reservation.

They were friendly and professional from the start. The quote experience was great and easy to know how much the cost by room was in case we chose not to paint some of the rooms. The painting was well done and on time which was important for us to be able to move in on time.

They did an excellent job. We would definitely rehire.
