I will not be using them again. A lot of turnover on their teams (different people freshly hired or people they were "trying out" would show up), lack of supervision or capable supervision, timeline not kept (took nearly double the estimated time). After they were "done" got on my roof and found several areas of concern such as areas not painted at all, flashing not put back which left area for water to get behind siding, large areas of paint spilled and not cleaned off roof, and damage to my metal roof (from standing and equipment) and even failed to put a flood light back up (wires push up into the attic. Just my experience, if you use them, hope you have a better one.

We can’t say enough great things about McClains Painting, specifically our crew headed up by Jay and Skylar. Every single person worked hard, was professional, exceptionally skilled and goodness they worked long days in the heat! Our house is gorgeous now thanks to their efforts and Jay even helped us tweak our original plans when we were a little unsure, and we couldn’t be more pleased. We always make a point to hire good people, so I’m a little hard to impress, but these guys absolutely blew me away. Skylar came in and did some interior touch up for us and it all blends seamlessly and looked even better than when we had it painted originally. They made what we anticipated to be a long and disruptive project pain free and they got it done in what felt like record time. If we need anything painted in the future we won’t hesitate to use them again. Thanks for making our house one of the prettiest in the neighborhood now!

This is our second time using McLain's painting, and will not be the last. I would recommend them to anyone needing a paint job done. Everyone from start to finish is amazing to work with. Both times I have used McLain's they ended up coming out weeks ahead of their scheduled time & getting the job done perfectly. Jay is amazing at everything he does & keeping me up to date on what is going on. Erin is super easy and helpful to schedule with. Levi is still my favorite person to call for quotes. Jay even went around and fixed up some extra dings in our hallways. Honestly, you all get a 10/10 from me and I really appreciate everything you do!

Excellent! From start to finish. It began with the owner returning my phone call in less than 24 hours, which is highly unusual these days. An appointment for an estimate was scheduled quickly. Levi was friendly and professional during his visit as well as honest about the work needed for our job. Erin in the office provided exceptional customer service by working with us to accommodate our schedule to begin the project. Jay, team leader, was outstanding. He took the time needed to help us determine the correct paint colors matching our existing walls. He did a great job keeping the lines of communication open and ensuring I understood the process every step of the way. Skylar, Layten, and Jay did an amazing job! They were extremely professional, respectful, and friendly while working in our home. Their work was exceptional as well as being very clean. I will use McLain Painting for future jobs and HIGHLY recommend this business to others. They earned the highest possible rating one can give! Thank you for a wonderful experience!! Great job

We had an absolutely fantastic experience with Mclain’s painting! From start to finish they were exceptional to work with. Jay was our crew leader and did a wonderful job communicating dates and time frames so we knew exactly what to expect. Jay, Brian, Matt, Skyler, and Holly all went above and beyond to make our house look flawless. The quality work that Mclain’s provides is not something you will find with any other company! It’s clearly evident that McLain’s hires skilled craftsmen who take pride in their work. Aside from painting, Jay even went out of his way to blow some leaves out of our yard for us, just to be kind. McLain’s Painting is beyond professional. Professional in the initial visit and the detailed quote I received. Professional in the preparation. They came a few days before the scheduled job to do a pre-walk through to ensure they had everything they needed based on the scope of the job. Professional in how the finished product looks. No roll marks or streaking. Whether it’s the walls, baseboards or crown moulding; smooth finish. Honestly though, that isn’t what impressed me. That’s what I expect when I hire a professional painter. And I will say they did exceed those expectations because my job had a lot of detail and everything was consistent. Here’s what impressed me. 1. The level of care they all put into ensuring everyone on the job knew what the scope of the job was and did it right. Nothing was taken for granted. If they weren’t sure, they asked. 2. The level of care they put into fixing things that would have affected the quality of the work. I had some sagging ceiling drywall that was causing a crack. I didn’t know the build quality of the home was to blame. Instead of halting the job to get another trade in here to fix it, they did (an extra charge but well worth it). Equally impressive was how they fixed wall imperfections so the final product was smooth. Honestly, they used special lighting so they could find the imperfections! 3. The level of care they showed for each other. The entire crew was friendly with one another, was concerned for a co-worker who had been out sick, and were complimentary of one another’s work. When my wife saw their work, she said she is never going to paint again! I couldn’t agree more. If we need something else painted, I’m just going to call McLain’s!

Great as always. Mclains Painting is by far the best. Lucas Harvey, Team Leader is the only painter we will use and his helper Nick is excellent as well. They work together seamlessly and communicate with each other always while working to know just where they are at on the project. Top tier in all aspects. This is the third painting project we have hired them for and will not use any other company. It is rare to find someone like Lucas Harvey and Nick and we greatly appreciate both of them.

Trevor and his team went above and beyond on our project. They showed up when they said they would. They were great about communication regarding their progress. They were friendly and professional and showed a great attention to detail. We are very pleased and would highly recommend McLain's Painting.

McLain's Painting was a pleasure to work with from start to finish. All of the office staff I spoke to on the phone were courteous and professional. The estimator Michael was extremely helpful, providing good advice and avoiding any upselling or hard sell tactics. The painting crew that came out to the house was led by Trevor. They were all professional and courteous throughout the three day painting job to complete my interior first floor. Trevor does an excellent job with customer service both before, during and after the work. During the entire job, the crew was careful to move and protect any furniture/belongings/flooring that was not being painted. They also cleaned up their work each evening and cleaned thoroughly at the end of the job. The completed job looks excellent! Any minor issues were identified prior to completing the work and taken care of immediately. The price of the work is not inexpensive but it is quality work at a fair price - you do get what you pay for. The crew has experience, they have all the right equipment, and they want to do a good job and earn repeat and referral customers.

The 3 crew members were professional in every way and did an exceptional job of completing our project in a very timely manner. The project was done in late December so the weather was, at times, challenging (rainy, very cold, and/or extremely windy). The quality of the team's work was first -class.

I was kept informed and the work was excellent, especially with weather in December which made the working conditions more difficult. I would use this company again.

The job well went extremely well. When the job was scheduled to begin, Jay contacted me by text and told me when to expect him and the crew. Jay & his crew arrived exactly on time, ready to work. Jay was in constant contact with me when the job was delayed due to inclement weather. When the job began again, Jay and crew were there exactly on time. Jay explained everything that was going to be done and he pointed out problem areas on our home needing special attention. Jay and his crew were the most professional workers I have had work on one of my homes in over 30 years of home ownership. I only wish other companies & workers were as professional as McLain's and Jay are. I would hire them again in an instant if we need more painting to be done. Two thumbs up!

The work was done extremely well! For a very reasonable price my walls defects were patched , sanded, and then painted. The final product was perfect! I would definitely use them again!!!!

Because of weather and workload there was a slight delay but after they began they provided an excellent service while always communicating with us. I highly recommend this company and will use them for future projects.
