Lucas was the crew leader. He arrived early every day, around 7:45 am. He was courteous and professional. The other crew member was also excellent. They moved my heavy antique furniture with care. They cleaned walls and ceiling. They repaired and painted. They covered everything to keep paint from getting where it wasn't needed. They finished a four day job in two days. I could not be more pleased with the job that was done. Our home looks fresh and warm. Lucas even carried our trash can back up our driveway on a rainy day. This was so appreciated as we are seniors and live on a steep hill. I would definitely hire them again and will refer McLain's Painting to my neighbors and friends.

The team was amazing! They were on-time, worked full days and experts of their craft. Each team member was friendly, polite and skilled. The job was completed in the time frame I requested. The team lead took total ownership of the project and my satisfaction! The results were excellent!

Their staff is very professional. We had them repair and paint our ceiling and later had additional repairs on the ceiling. They came out and reviewed the problem and fixed all problems. Christian, Brandon and Lucas were great and did the repairs in a very timely manner. I would not hesitate to hire this company again.

The entire crew from estimator to helpers is top notch. They all reflect Charles McClain's commitment to customer service. We had an odd issue with one wall, they responded promptly and did not stop working with us until we were 100% satisfied. They are busy, but once your job starts you remain on top of the priority list until you're happy. 100% will use again.

Excellent. They exceeded my expectations in terms of quality. McClains was the highest price in all I evaluated but they were worth it in terms of quality, speed, professionalism, etc.

McLain's is superior to any painting service that I have ever used. Lucas, who managed and completed most of the work, is truly professional. He walked us step by step through the project prior to starting the job and answered all questions. He and his crew always arrived on time and kept us informed as what he would be doing and the time-line. He and his crew showed great respect for our home and deference to our personal schedule. If you want the best, select McLain's.

Fantastic job. Job was a little pricier than I thought it would be but you get what you pay for and the steps look brand new. We couldn't be happier with the quality of work done. Will definitely call again when needs arise.

McClain Painting’s crew was incredible. In addition to keeping us informed throughout the project, they went out of their way to involve us in decisions and to make it easier to get the house ready for our move-in. For example, they agreed to coordinate with another contractor to make sure the two projects fit together for us. They assisted us in choosing colors by patiently putting up samples of everything we were considering. Their attention to detail in painting was amazing and if we pointed out a possible issue, they promptly addressed our concerns. They cleaned up every day and even left parts of our house they did not even paint in better shape than when they started. We have no qualms in recommending McClain as a high-quality painting company and will use them again when we have new painting needs.

McLain's Painting did a great job with our ceiling popcorn removal & painting. The took the time to smooth everything out before repainting & made sure that everything was to our satisfaction before we left. They left paperwork for the painting warranty & explained everything. They were professional, arrived on time & returned the next day on time. Will use again when the need arises.

Lucas, Jay and Chaz did an outstanding job! They were punctual, hard working, polite, courteous, and the consummate professionals. They are a credit to their company and to their profession. The finished product was outstanding and we could not be happier. We will certainly call McLain's in the future for all our painting needs and will recommend them to our friends and associates without any hesitation whatsoever.

McClain's did a great job on our home's exterior. We have siding on three sides of our house, and we used their free interior design consult to narrow down our paint selection for the siding and the trim --loved their consultant! The workers were professional and the work was excellent. McClain's might be a bit more expensive than some, but the value and care received was worth it. I would trust these guys in my home, so I will definitely consider hiring again for interior work. My only caveat is make sure everything is listed in the contract, including number of doors to be painted as part of trim work.

McLain's is phenomenal! All employees are very professional and customer oriented, and dedicated to providing the best job! McLain's was a pleasure to work with, from sales, to office, to the painting crew. They were responsive, on time, friendly, knowledgable and very skillful! They made our old kitchen look new again and exceeded our expectations. We highly recommend McLain's for all painting needs!

The walls look AMAZING! I was impressed with every aspect of the job...from the estimate to the final walk thru when completed. The crew that did the work on site were friendly, trustworthy, and talented professionals.

Lucas, the team leader, was extremely patient with myself and my mother. We had my Grandparent's house painted for the first time in over 20 years, so there were definitely some challenges with the old masonite siding, as well as a few repairs that needed to be addressed. We can not say enough good things about McLain's Painting as a company! Lucas and his crew, Jay, Paul and Chaz paid extreme attention to detail. They took pride in their work and it truly shows! They are so professional too! My Grandparent's house is beautiful again! Thank you all so very much! We will definitely be using you guys again in the future!

I would highly recommend using McLain’s Painting. From the initial meeting with Charles to the final walkthrough with Lucas, I was pleased with the process. The crew did a great job painting and touching up. Lucas was amazing in keeping me informed of the progress as well as next steps. I can be pretty picky, but in this Lucas and the crew did such a great job that there was nothing to be picky about.

John, Mike, Jason, and Zack were totally professional and knowledgeable. Our house is really tall, and they were able to get up there and wash and stain every inch. We also had some tricky changes made, going from paint back to stain on a big expanse of deck. They took the time to make it look great. They were on time, on schedule, and explained their progress each day. We felt totally comfortable with them in and around the house at any time. We will definitely use them again, and would recommend McLain's.

As usual the work was done very professionally. Staff was on time and informed me of what they were doing. There was a final inspection to insure compliance with the contract and satisfaction.
