One side looked awful. They claim their bid was for one coat of stain only. They said I should have used solid stain too... they sent out a person to go over the job. That “profession painter”should have mentioned that. They told me they’d come back in a year and for a small cost, they will restrain. I have in hand a two year warranty that states no charge for touch ups.

They were able to repair the door where it had chipped by sanding the door and filling it. Then it was primed and painted with two coats of paint. The doors look great! Oh, before doing any work they prepared the surrounding areas to protect them. They were very courteous and professional. We will definitely use them again. Great job done with great care.

Our chimney is so tall that other companies balked at painting it and others were going to charge an exorbitant amount. McLain’s Painting was prompt, professional, and cost-efficient.

It went perfectly! This company really knows their business. They are very professional, on time, very polite and there to help! The gentlemen take pride in their work and they leave the area very clean when they leave, be it for the day or at the end of the job. I would recommend this company a hundred times over! You will not be disappointed.

An excellent experience with McLain's from start to finish on a project that took 8 days of work. All workers were polite, professional and detailed on the work they did. I had considered 3 of the top rated companies for the work and though McLain's was not the least expensive I wanted to work directly with a company and it's employees and not thru a contractor that was using other people & services. McLain's employees, attention to detail and the finished product were what I wanted & expected when I hired them. I wouldn't hesitate to use them, again, for any future projects. They didn't just paint my house....they made sure what they painted either had no damage or their carpenter repaired/replaced any damage.

Excellent experience. Everyone was punctual, courteous, quiet, and sooo clean. Aaron, Jai, the ceiling person (sorry, I didn't get his name - the ceiling looks amazing) were the best! Team leader, Lucas, checked in often and responded promptly to all questions. I would absolutely hire them again.

Extremely well!! Estimator surveyed the project, discussed in detail work required and how it was to be done. Schedule was made for team leader to come and preview the project. Again, discussion done in detail. During the project the team covered the outside portions of the house, removed some hardware from gates, and very professionally completed the project.. ahead of schedule. Project was reviewed with team leader and myself upon completion. We were very well pleased with the workmanship and results. Several days later there was an odd occurrence on a small portion of the deck. This was reported to the estimator who came, looked it over, and explained that it was a naturally occurring process in some of the wood. The fact that he came to the house personally to inspect and explain speaks volumes to the professionalism and dedication of this group of people. Will use them again, and HIGHLY RECOMMEND them to any others with a painting or staining project.

Staff was very responsive to answering questions and scheduling the estimate. Met with the lead painter to discuss all the details for the project. Only took 2 days and all went as planned.

(foreman) and Brandon did an outstanding job that far exceeded my expectations. Jay and Brandon were professional, conscientious, hardworking, friendly, caring, ensured that the end product met their exacting standards and that I was fully satisfied with their work. Thanks to them, my fence is gorgeous and the house, patio, sidewalk & driveway are sparkling clean. Ms. Sally S., in the office, is a sweet, friendly and very helpful lady who graciously walked me through the process every step of the way and was a joy to work with. These wonderful people did a topnotch job and are a huge asset to the company. McLain's Painting is known for outstanding customer service and for truly valuing their customers, and, based on my experience, I can confirm that this is true. I cannot recommend McLain's Painting & their staff highly enough. If you have painting needs, pressure washing needs, etc. contact McLain's Painting if you want top notch professionals to do the job right and for a very reasonable price. Mclain's Painting crew did an excellent job. Two men came to do the job. They did the whole job in 1.5 days. The quality of work was excellent. I could not have been more pleased with the job they did. I would hire them again. I would give the entire company 5 stars. A job well done.

They started immediately, finished in the expected time frame, and provided an outstanding finished product. When they were finished, they left me with a 2 year warranty for repair of any paint failure, a touch up sheet for repair of any missed spots I didn't catch during their work, and some of each paint that was used so I could do some of my own touchups in the future if the surfaces get damaged due to wear and tear.

We had a wonderful experience from start to finish. Charles started the process with a free quote and explanation on how the process works. Lucas led a stellar team of painters, which included Karen, Aaron and Christian. All were excellent painters, respectful of my family, our belongings and home. Karen and Aaron patched and painted for 7 days leaving my house looking brand new! Christian patched a 10 year old textured ceiling issue! We couldn't have had a better experience!!

The person who came to provide the estimate reported that he was a trainee and that may have been the problem. First of all, he took for ever to measure. He did it by estimates while other companies used their lazier measurements. When I reported the paint that I had chosen and company, he suggested I could get the same color from another company, I asked why should I. He said their painters were accustomed to the paint of his recommended company so they would do a better job with it. I thought that a strange rationale. After an extended time with questions about my personal life, we came to the quote. In all fairness, I think he probably asked the personal questions as a way to develop a professional relationship. However my answers should have sent the message that this was not appreciated. Finally, he told me that I needed to sign the document on his iPad and provide a payment of one third the cost. I did not have a hard copy to review. When I said it was higher than other estimates, he wanted to know what companies I had worked with. When I reused to name them, he was frustrated. When I explained it was higher, he said I did not need to worry, it would not be considered a personal issue. I explained this was a business exchange. I called the company a couple days later and asked for a copy of the estimate. I was told it had been sent to me. Again, this may have been due to a trainee with a lack of experience but overall a less than desirable experience.

The team did a superior job. David was a great crew leader. He was responsive to all of my concerns and was great with quality control. Trevor did an outstanding job lime-washing my fireplace and Niikkie was pure perfection on the trim. They were very professional and respectful. They took great care with my furniture and floors and cleaned up each day to make sure our space was comfortable. They were always on time and each day informed me about the goals for that day. I will definitely call them back for my next project.
