Much communication, clear on job & cost, very concerned about quality weather, my inconvenience.' They did retouch due to weather, kept all equipment cleaned up. No mess or paint spills, much hand work to ensure coverage.

Todd’s crew came everyday on time. They worked until 5 and left everyday only after cleaning up every bit of mess. They were very careful not to disturb us and keep things neat as they worked. They were always on task. They did an amazing job and we are very pleased.

Painters very professional, friendly – Charles McLair came and gave us on estimate with descents for being a repeat customer and starting in – also I get 3090 off in January for 200 half of job. Painters began on 2/21/15 and finished on 12/31/15. Great job! Followed color active to the letter. Had a team of 4 working daily.

That was fine. The estimator wasn't aware and he was going to charge us more than the deal said. The painter he sent out was wonderful.

We could not have asked for a better experience with this company. They were wonderful to work with and the best part of our kitchen project . They were on time, they were very respectful of our property and left our kitchen in perfect condition. We cannot state strongly enough how much we enjoyed working with Lucas Harvey - What a Pleasure! He eased our concerns with the various nuisances that we thought would be a problem to paint around. Last but not least, the professional paint job Lucas did was the BEST. No paint anywhere BUT where it was suppose to be and looking just great. Very well. All personnel arrived on time, we're very professional, have the knowledge and skills to do the work. The team leader communicated with the customer regularly. Everyone adjusted to rain delays and changes very well.

The painters were on time, very careful, were willing to please, worked quickly and cleaned up after themselves for the most part. They did leave behind some wood scraps.

Estimator & painters were very professional, easy to communicate with and did an excellent job. I had to move the start date 2 times and it wasn't a problem for them. Seems to be a very organized company.

The McClain's Painting rep showed up on time to look at the proposed job and give a price for the work. He was very professional, asked a lot of questions and explained how the job would be done. Gave a detailed price for the requested work. A couple of days before the painting was scheduled, the crew supervisor came by for a walk-through and detailed exactly how the painting would be done, who would be on the crew, and how the floors and cabinets would be protected. On the appointed day, the crew arrived on time and finished the job in one day. The work was excellent - I could not have expected any better. McClain's Painting is not the lowest price painter, but the quality and professionalism is worth the slightly higher price paid.

The paint crew was courteous, professional and on time, every day. They went out of their way to work with me schedule-wise and helped do things like vacuum under furniture that had been moved and bring up the trash cans from the road. We asked that they paint an extra room for us while they were on site and they were very happy to oblige, even though it threw off their schedule a little. They were always gracious and very neat. We used the service of their color expert (interior designer), and liked her so much that we hired her to decorate for us. I was thoroughly impressed with the quality of the work and will definitely recommend their service to anyone who asks!

From bidding to completing the work, McLain's entire team was professional, courteous, and thorough. The finished product looks great, and I would recommend them to anyone. Their bid was a little higher than some of the others we received, but we decided to use them based upon the reviews here, and we were extremely pleased.

This was the most impressive, professional experience we have ever had from a service contractor. The initial communication with the company including scheduling of an estimate, the walk-around with the estimator (Doug Klein) and easy follow up with him by phone (after hours!), the frank advice to NOT paint the whole house but only certain areas, the policy of meeting with the job foreman to review the contact, the flawless execution of the job, the professionalism of the entire crew, and the constant solicitation for feedback from the company and opportunity for touch-ups left me amazed and motivated to apply their processes to my business.

1.. Lucas Harvey is a real asset to McLain's. He completed the entire job single handedly. He touched bases with me frequently throughout the job, which required waiting out days of July 2015's monsoon weather conditions. He gave me peace of mind by staying in touch, explaining his work in advance, reviewing the job before and after, and showing up promptly, always with a good attitude and ready to work. 2. My deck looked pretty awful. My eyes bugged out when I saw what a good pressure washing could do to restore the original appearance of the wood. 3. McLain's uses a quality stain, not the brand that starts with a "T". Mr. Harvey's used his experience in this type work by suggesting the type of stain and color that work well with my project and home color. His application of the stain was done correctly (with a brush, not a roller). 4. The repairs that were needed were completed very well. Mr. Harvey's experience led him to implement a preventative measure to stabilize one of the posts. .

Excellent service. The workers, John and David, were punctual, pleasant and professional. They did excellent work and asked for comments as the work progressed. They took cleanliness measures to keep our home clean during the work.

After reading so many excellent reviews on Angie's List, I contacted McLain's Painting last fall to get an estimate for exterior painting. I got an immediate response to my email and Doug did a thorough, detailed estimate. The painting itself was done very efficiently and carefully. My house was built in 1940. Scott and his crew did a beautiful job despite a few unavoidable issues due to the age of my home. I would not hesitate to recommend McLain's. Thank you for doing such a great job!

This is the second time we have used McClain painting. The first time was about 6 months ago when we had them come in and repair recessed lighting holes, paint ceilings, all trim and walls in our living room and kitchen. At that time they also refinished and painted our kitchen cabinets. Not only did the come in below others quotes but the quality and professionalism of this company is great. They are always on time, constantly touching base with you to make sure everyone is on the same terms. They are currently at my house painting my foyer. Once again very impressed with this company. There warranty/ guarantee is great and if you are an angie's member they always provide great coupons.

I bid this project out and interviewed 6 companies before I hired McLain's. Oddly enough, they were the high bidder but overwhelmingly the most professional and thorough. I don't regret my decision for a second; they did exactly what they said they would do and there were no surprises. Their quality of work was excellent, they were easy to work with, very honest and professional.
