Arrived when they said they would and Les did a great job ! Our master bedroom carpet was smelling of our spoiled rotten English Bulldog that we let sleep in our room. The areas where he preferred to lay had absorbed his not so pleasant smell. Les used some specialized pet products and steam cleaned the carpet. He was very professional and I was surprised at how quickly he completed the job. I will definitely use Majestic Carpets again when its time to clean the rest of the carpet in the house and I will recommend them for sure.

My carpet was about 10 years old. It had developed a few small ripples and needed to be cleaned. I carry a mortgage on the place, decided to rent it when I moved out, and didn't want to install new flooring with it becoming a rental property. Ron's team did a great job stretching the carpet, getting the ripples out, and cleaning it. Both me and the renters who were moving in were very impressed with the job he and his team did.

The owner arrived promptly and was very courteous and polite. He quickly performed the services requested which included cleaning and stretching the existing carpet. He even removed some rust stains we thought could not be removed. He also agreed to drive to Pigeon Forge from Knoxville for a very nominal charge. I would highly recommend his services.

Ron was very punctual and did an excellent job. He was punctual, professional and very efficient. He cleaned 4 rooms and a hallway in about an hour. He did a thorough, excellent job. I will definitely use Majestic Carpets again.

It went great! The owner responded right away and was able to fit me in with short notice. He said part of the problem I was having with reoccuring spots was due to the fact that the previous cleaning people had left too much soap in the carpet. The previous people also had used too much soap. He was able to extract alot of that soap and clean it with high temperature steam. It is staying clean now and he also did a great job on the upholstery. Very personable and friendly and a hard worker. Would definitely use him again and recommend him highly to others!

This is the 3rd time I have used this service provider. I had mud, graphite and general dirt on my carpets. Ron cleaned my down stairs, upstairs and steps leading into the basement. He professionally pretreated my carpet and scrubbed problem areas. He also carefully put spacers under my furniture. I could not believe how the stains came up and my wife was totally satisfied. I will hire Majestic Carpets to clean my carpets again. I was very satisfied with the results and the price.

It was awesome. He came out here exactly when he said he was going to get here, which is rare. My white carpets look amazing. I have three dogs, one cat, and two kids, and I thought I was going to need new carpet, but now I don't. My furniture is probably ten years old, and it looks almost brand new again. It looks amazing. I had it in my head that we were going to get all new carpet and furniture because I didn't think they would get this clean, but I no longer need it after having it cleaned.

We just had a baby and she is starting to crawl. So just for my peace of mind I wanted to have our carpet cleaned. When I called Majestic Carpets, they worked me in right away. I had two rooms that carpet that needed to be cleaned and our stairs. The guy that came out was able to remove stains that I was aware of and some pet stains that I didnt even know where there. He was extremely knowledgeable and professional, I could tell he had lots of experience. I honestly did not expect the carpet to look this good. I wanted it cleaned to buy me some time before I need to replace it all together. Now it looks so good replacing won't be necessary for much longer. There was a corner that the carpet was kind of loose, and he had all the tools he needed to repair that for me too. I could not be happier with the service we got, and would definitely recommend this company to any one with 100 % confidence. The price was extremely fair for everything he did.
