Ron was attentive to a couple of areas pointed out that needed special care, as well as taking care of a few extra throw rugs. I have already recommended this company to a neighbor.
Description of Work: It had been almost a year since my last carpet cleaning, and with two dogs, and a couple of coffee spills, the carpets were overdue for a cleaning. It included three bedrooms, hallway, living and dining room area, and steps.

He said we will be in the area Friday, would you want a morning appointment. The guy was on time and in uniform, his name was Les. He cleaned my sofa that had dye transferred from denim jeans. He got every bit of that dye transfer out. He cleaned three rooms of carpet and did a wonderful job.

Description of Work: we needed to have our living room carpet stretched to eliminate some "gopher runs". Les (the crew member the company sent) was right on time and did a wonderful job. We mentioned that the next step was to have the carpet cleaned, and Les said he could do that too, since all the needed equipment was in his truck. We agreed, and he cleaned it too. We were extremely satisfied with the work done, and the price, which we thought was very reasonable. We will use this company again.

We had several difficult stains which he was able to remove completely as well as excellent work on the general cleaning. Also had some area rugs that needed cleaning as an add-on cost which Ron did at a very reasonable extra charge. Ron was professional and took great care to do the job right and at the agreed upon price.
