Litespeed Construction has offices in both Knoxville, TN and Asheville, NC. We specialize in the replacement and repair of residential and commercial roofing, along with new construction roofing. We specialize in asphalt shingles, metal roofing, and low slope TPO EPD and ModBit. However we are constantly considering other exterior property services that we can bring to market and successfully accomplish for you our consumers. We are licensed and insured and pride ourselves in superior workmanship while insuring our clients experience as little lifestyle interruption as possible. Description of Work: They cane, I had wood shingles, so they said they would need a 40 feet ladder and charged me extra, ended up paying about the same amount extra as what I had paid through Angie's list, scheduling was difficult.They did a good job, but the overall experience was less than anticipated.

Description of Work: Litespeed replaced our roof. The roofing work itself was extremely well done and completed in one day. They also did a great job cleaning up after their work. | |We did have one problem. The roofers had not protected our heat pump during their work and its outside coil was punctured by a roofing nail that fell into it. Litespeed immediately took full responsibility for the damage and, although we were without air conditioning for a couple of days, the unit was repaired without extra cost to me. | |We're very satisfied with the outcome.

Description of Work: Provider blew debris off entire roof and cleaned all gutters well. He even saw work that needed to be done to chimney and gave me an estimate on chimney cap repair. Very nice and professional, but not "pushy". I will use his service again.

Description of Work: Replaced roof. Repaired water damage to subroof. They also did some minor fixups in sealing around windows and cracks that were not part of the quote. They even did some touchup painting on siding and around eaves that were not part of quote. Overall we are pleased with the work that was done.
