It went great. The way this guy works is that you call him, and he puts you on a list for the day, and he gets to you when it's your turn on the list. So for me, I called him once, and told him I needed him in 4 days, on a Saturday. He told me to call back then and he'd take care of me. I called about 2 in the afternoon, and he said he'd be over in a few hours. He called back at 8 that night and said he was coming over if I was still up. I was, he came, and he fixed the lock in about 15 minutes. He's a bit unorthodox in his scheduling, but he did what he said he'd do for the price he quoted. He was a nice and funny guy, and I'd use him again in a minute.

First trip, did not have correct tools. Did not show for second appointment---forgot. Installed on third attempt. Did not clean up at all. Still seemed unprepared, but job completed satisfactorily.

I spoke with Larry. He was positive and funny. He sent someone out that day. The locksmith arrived on time. He did not work long and rekeyed 3 locks.

I found Larry on Angie's list and he was everything great that all others had reported. I hope I will not need his services again, but if I do, I will call him in a heartbeat. He was honest, fast, efficient, pleasant, helpful and competent. I was pleased he only had to re-key the locks rather than replacing them at a much higher cost.

I called Larry on Wednesday. He stopped by that evening. He ordered the new door knob and dead bolt locks and the work was completed within 48 hours.

Great! I called, he came, he fixed, he's awesome!

Great. Larry got hung up at another job and was a few hours late, but other wise everything was perfect.

Because of his prompt response to our original call and the followup I would use Larry again. He works alone due to the economy and sometimes it may be necessary to schedule non-critical work for a day or so later. If it is an emergency, Larry will be there promptly.

Called saturday morning and the professional arrived within 30 min. There was no extra charge for a saturday call. Very professional and courteous.

I obtained a quote first. I reconfirmed the appointment on the day the service was to be performed. The locksmith arrived roughly on time. The job took about 30 minutes longer than the locksmith estimated. Overall, we were pleased with the service and would hire him again.

A business with a crucial equipment room was locked, and all the keys were out-of-town "on vacation". Larry showed up within an hour of calling and had opened the door quickly (about a minute) with no problems. He even opened the locked server room within the equipment room at no extra charge. Friendly, professional, fast, affordable... HIGHLY recommended!

He gave me a fair price and said it would take two weeks to order and receive these deadbolts. Today is the 28th of February and I'm still waiting for the locks to arrive. I don't think he ordered them in the first place and I cannot for the life of me figure out why. He was a nice man but had no customer service skills at all. I must have called him a dozen times and I always got the same response... "a couple more weeks, they're busy." I'm so fed up with the excuses that I've moved on to another locksmith. Larry is lousy!!!

Larry was prompt, neat, friendly and reasonable... What more can you ask!

Most of the cost was in the locks that we chose. We chose industrial locks and dead bolts to make us safer. They were very knowledgeable and helpful. They discussed all our safety options with us. I was very pleased. I would recommend their services to others.

He was very good and he showed up promptly. He was there exactly when he said he would be. He does the job quickly and he is priced very reasonably. I was shocked that his prices were so cheap.
