Larry did a great job.He was very reasonable.

Larry was amazing. He came to service the house the same day I called him. He was able to make a key that opened all the doors to the house. He got to the house quickly, preformed his service quickly and was funny and friendly. The cost was shockingly inexpensive. Great business.

We made arrangements with Larry to come rekey the locks in our home. He was to come last Saturday. He never showed up. When we called again he wanted to reschedule for 8am on Sunday, which would not work for us. He was told to to contact us with a better time. He never called. I called again the following Friday. He said he would be out that day but did not give a time and said he would call before coming. Again, he never showed up. I waited all day. Then 8am Saturday morning he shows up!! We told told him NO THANKS!! Very unprofessional and very disrespectful. Would NOT RECOMMEND.

Larry was so kind! I genuinely enjoyed working with him. He was prompt and responsive. I'll be using him again for any lock issues!

Larry said tumblers on lock were fine. He was able to cut keys and work with them till they fit the door -- just had to cut them higher than the model we were using. They now work great!!! He responded the same day and showed when he estimated -- calling before he arrived.

Called and left a voice mail but never got a call back. I have no idea why I didn't get a response, may have been a problem with the voice mail or message so I don't want to give the company an "F" or say I would not use them in the future.

Larry is another example of just how nice the people of Knoxville are! My husband contacted him to change all the locks on the home we just purchased. When I called hime to get an approximate time, he asked me what worked for me. When I said that I had a couple of errands to run (we just moved to town from out of state and I had no groceries), he told me to do what I needed to do and then call him when I got back. So, I did just that, and he was at my house within the hour. He changed a total of 10 locks and gave me 5 keys for $182. He was kind, professional and down right friendly! He never made me feel like he was rushing to get to the next job. I would absolutely recommend Larry and will use him again whenever I need a locksmith.

(On a dark and stormy night - just kidding ...) Both my partner and I worked late into the evening, and, when we arrived home around 9:00 p.m., our front door lockset was damaged. (We still are not certain of the cause.) In a panic that our house was basically open, we called Larry's Locks and Keys in the hope hat he would take pity on us and make a late house call. Not only did he arrive very quickly, but he was gracious and professional and fixed the problem immediately for the cost of a service call.

I found Larry's Locks & Keys for my elderly father who called me desperate. He had locked his keys in his car while the car was still running in the driveway. Anyway, Larry told my father he was an hour away but gave him the phone # to another provider that could get to him really quick. I've used Larry's Locks and Keys before and his willingness to get my father help that quickly (even when it means giving business away) just solidifies for me he is the only one I will call or refer people to call for all their lock-out needs!

I was quite surprised that Larry came to my house on a Sunday. I had called the number listed, and he was tied up on another job and returned my call within minutes. He arrived earlier than expected, and was extremely professional with his service. Will definitely use Larry again in the future.

He arrived a few minutes early. Didn't waste time. Knew exactly what to do on every door knob and separate lock. He had to replace one broken door knob in addition to all the locks he changed. He was finished in about 1.5 hours. His rate was $40 for the visit and $8.00/lock. It went extremely well.

How'd it go? Great! He did what I wanted and was prompt, courteous, and reasonable.

He is very reliable and does a good job. I am not worried about pricing because if I got something to be solved, he takes care of it. His pricing is perfectly acceptable. We came upon him ten years ago and we have never used any.

He just fixed it up right away and he was very polite. The cost was not a whole lot. He knows his business and he would fix your problem. I would use him again.

How did it go?? Securely!! Arrived on time with a great attitude and purpose. Got right on removing the locksets, took them to his truck to re-key and had them re-installed within 30-40 minutes. Even with shooting the breeze, he wasn't there more than 45-50 minutes. Super guy that knows his stuff (he should, he's been at it for over 30 years). This fella is a straight shooter--old school. If you can't get along with Larry, something's wrong with you! Don't even think about another locksmith, Larry's the Man! He told me that Angie's List keeps calling him to tell him how well he's doing...most positive reviews in this category. "What did you expect?" was his reply. Quite the character--quite the locksmith!!

He told me that the brand of lock had this issue where the dead bolt did not completely retract. He said to loosen screws, scoot the lock up on the door as much as possible and tighten it back up. It worked. It is nice when I service provider is that honest and forthcoming. The provider who worked on the lock originally and created this new problem refused to even address the issue. I would have to pay for another service call.
