Called Larry to set up appointment. Larry arrived on time. Larry was professional and friendly. I would recommend him to anyone.

Showed up on time, was nice guy. Did good work. Would recommend him and I will use his services again.

Called, Larry came right out. Made sure he understood what I wanted and then made the necessary change. He was very nice.

EXCELLENT! Like I said above, Larry was very quick and reasonable. He completed everything in 30 minutes out in his van.

I set up an appointment with the owner, Larry, on a Friday afternoon for him to come the following Monday late afternoon at 6:00 pm. One of my outside doors had a dead bolt lock that was jammed when somebody tried to break into it using a screw driver. Larry said he would call the renter of the house or me when he was on his way to the appointment. Monday afternoon. Neither the renter nor I heard anything from him, and he was a no-show at the appointed time. Very frustrating, as my husband made plans to be there and was waiting for him at the house, and the renter made plans also to be there at the appointed time. We won't call him again nor recommend him.

Larry was able to make an appointment on a Sunday afternoon to get the job done before we moved in. Due to several things, the first appointment didn't work out, and Larry worked late the following night to fit us in. He had all the locks pulled and re-keyed within thirty minutes. Even made us an extra key. Very friendly and professional, and have already setup a second visit to handle some less pressing projects. Would highly recommend.

Great Experience! Larry has the highest reviews on Angies List compared to competitors and they were accurate and well deserved. I needed a simple interior lock picked. His phone estimate was accurate. His price was also a lot cheaper than competitors. He was polite, quick to make appointment, and very efficient. Job was done in less than 15 minutes. He is a hard worker - works 7 days a week. I will call Larry for any future lock needs and highly recommend him.

called larry on a reccomendation of a friend to change all my locks on my house following divorce. he was very polite and professional. was there on time, and worked very quickly, even helped me change my codes on garage! he had to come back out because i had trouble with one of the locks, and he came out that very day with no bad attitude, and fixed it. will use him every time now that i need a locksmith.

Larry showed up when he said he would, and re-keyed three of my locks. He came the same day that I called him. He was able to complete the job on his truck, and he also offered to provide me with as many additional keys as I needed. He was here for only a few minutes, and his fee was very reasonable. I will definitely use Larry again if I ever need a locksmith.

We were very pleased with his promptness and with the work performed. We've had no issues with any of the locks or the keys he provided for them.

Larry answered the phone right away, made an appointment for that evening, showed up on time and finished the job.

"Larry" agreed to the job during two different client-initiated contacts, the latter of which simply was to clarify what purchased supplies he might need to bring. He never called, never showed up. Very unprofessional.

Would use them again. Prompt, courteous, as promised.

I called Larry at 7:45 a.m. today and he was here and finished with my job at 9:15 a.m. Unbelievable! My purse was stolen and I was afraid of the thief coming to break into my house with my own key. Larry was unbelievably kind and came quickly because of my circumstances. He was very quick, efficient, did an excellent job, and as other reviewers said, he was very funny. It was great because this has been a terrible week - so laughter was truly good medicine. I cannot recommend Larry highly enough to reflect the quality of his work. I will use him over and over again, but hopefully not for this same reason.

Larry arrived on the 4th of July and re-keyed all locks. He was punctual, efficient, and performed the work as promised. He even fixed a couple of dead bolt locks that did not quite lock easily at no extra charge. He is personable with a fun sense of humor.

I had an interior door that was locked and we couldn't find the key. I called the number in his listing in Angie's List. He arrived at my house within minutes, and it only took him a few minutes more to have the door opened. I thought the process would ruin the lock and it would have to be replaced, but it didn't and the lock still works fine. I was more than pleased. I understand that he might not always be out on the road in my area when I call as happened today, but he made an effort to respond to me right away, and I appreciated that. He was professional and pleasant throughout the time he was in my home.

Called him at noon. He arrived by 12:30PM. He removed the old bolt (I had been able to remove the exterior hardware). He determined that the bolt itself had failed and tried to replace that part only. Unfortunately, I had broken a shaft while trying to remove the bolt so a complete deadbolt set is needed He did not have a color matched replacement on truck. Advised that he would install a replacement that I bought elsewhere in order to match the color. The whole visit took perhaps 15 minutes, including writing the check.
