It went perfect. The price was way below what I thought it was going to be. It was very reasonable. He actually showed me a much cheaper way to do it. Cheaper than I thought I was going to spend. I thought I was going to change the whole lock, but he showed me a different way to do it that saved me a lot of money. It wouldn’t be fair for me tell how much he charged me because of the way he did it. He didn’t even come close to charging me how much he would charge other customers. He is very friendly, professional and quick. He is knowledgeable and eager to please customers.

It went really well. They did really good. He was very good. He did a real good job. He is very fast. He is just a really kind man. When I asked him to do something, he said no problem. He was just willing to do everything I asked him to do. He was very thorough. The price was really reasonable; it was fine. I have never had a locksmith come in before. The quality was excellent. He cleaned up his mess. With regard to responsiveness, he did come out when he said he was going to, which I think was the next day. I think he did well on that one. With regard to professionalism, he did really well. I will definitely use him again in the future. We are planning on moving. In fact, I've got his card. I'm going to make sure that the people who move into our home will certainly know of him so that they can change the locks if they want to.

I have to call him back because he wouldn't take money from me. He was great, friendly, he came to the house and he sit me in his busy schedule.

It went well. The guy was extremely good and came out pretty quick.

They gave us excellent service. We paid nearly $200 and we thought it was well worth it. They came within an hour and a half. We were extremely happy with the service and they told us if anything happens to the battery within a year, they will replace it. What stood out most was the knowledge of the individual, plus he had all of the batteries he needed on his truck. He tested and made sure it was the battery and not the alternator. Once he ascertained it was not the alternator, he took the battery and put it on a charger to see if would charge but it would not. He told us that the best thing he could do would be to put in a new battery. He cleaned off the terminals to make that there was no corrosion on the terminals that would transmit to the new battery. He started the car and sat there for a while with the engine running to make sure that the battery indeed was charging the way that it was supposed to. For anyone who would use them for co-service, roadside service, or lock and key, I feel like they would get every dollar's worth of what they would spend. I think their price was very reasonable.

Larry works quickly and efficiently. I needed his services for two separate Saturdays. I would not hesitate to call him again for two reasons: 1. responsive and reasonable prices 2. really seems to care about his customers and their needs

It went great! He rekeyed two dead bolt locks on a Saturday!

I phoned Larry to have him come change my deadbolt lock. He indicated that he'd likely be able to work me in the same afternoon, but that he'd call to let me know. As the afternoon wore on and I had not heard from him, my husband called to confirm that Larry had our contact information and was still planning to come that afternoon. Larry indicated that we were still on his schedule, and he'd call us back to let us know exactly when to expect him. We waited all afternoon and the rest of the evening for Larry to call, but he did not. We never heard from him again. I was very disappointed, as this company was very highly rated on Angie's List.

We use Larry for all our lock and key needs. He has made new keys and replaced door locks. He is quick to respond and reasonably priced and usually has everything he needs right in his truck. We would never call anyone else!

Very reasonably priced! Had the doors rekeyed and the 4 new keys cut within 30 minutes. I would definitely utilize his services again!
