Description of Work: Trimmed a tree in our front yard. They contacted me right away and trimmed the tree within a week. The price was reasonable, but I don't remember the exact cost, since it was done almost a year ago.

Description of Work: Lancaster Tree Service was to meet me at 11:00 AM to look at the job and give an estimate. At 11:00 they called to say they were running "at least an hour behind" schedule and asked if I could wait or reschedule. Since the job was at a rental property 20 minutes from my home I said no. In my opinion if they were an hour behind at 11 they were probably behind schedule at 10 and should have called me well before 11, they knew the job was at a rental property. I was most disappointed in this lack of courtesy and unprofessional manner of doing business. I had read previous reviews of this company on Angie's List and they were mostly very favorable.

Description of Work: Removed 2 enormous trees and large branch. We have used them before. They are very busy, so prepare to wait. They are excellent.

Description of Work: Trimmed two large trees and trimmed two crepe myrtles. Cleaned up all debris and stacked all near road for pickup. Friendly, professional. Would use again and already have project in mind.

Description of Work: They took down 4 huge Bradford Pear trees, ground them up and did a great clean-up job afterwards, all in one day. We are retired so were given a generous discount which was more than welcome. I would recommend them to anyone.

Description of Work: We had 4 very large Bradford Pear trees removed from the side of our driveway. They came in the morning and were finished before 5:00 PM. 4 people cut down the trees, shredded them all, ground out the stumps, and raked and swept the driveway. They raked the grass next to the driveway. When they left, one could hardly tell that anything had been done. They did a terrific job. When another Bradford Pear broke off on the other side of the driveway this summer, we called Matt again, who came that afternoon and did the same terrific job as before.
