Unbelievably fast! Okay, this was in my 87 year old mom's house. She complains about just about everything we have done for her, whether it's a tv repair or a doctor visit, doesn't matter. BUT, mom loves Jess! She thinks he is heaven sent and probably the only honest man for hire left in the world. Says she's never seen anybody work fast as Jess, which I tried not to take personally. So, to be specific, he showed up at 8am and by that afternoon had torn out and replaced the collapsed joists under the bedroom and put down new sub-flooring. Not too shabby. I'm going to hold off on specific price info for now, simply because, first I think he prices himself too cheap, and second he's coming back to do some finish work in a few days that isn't priced out yet. We just love this guy.

Jess was very prompt in responding to our request for an estimate. He did excellent work, and made sure we were happy with our new stairs. When he realized how uneven our patio was, he bought a new piece of wood to make sure the stairs fit as well as possible. He went above and beyond to make the stairs sturdy.

Jess always arrives as scheduled and lets us know when he plans to leave. He is very respectful of our home and of our time. I have come to absolutely trust him, and have no qualms at all about going to work and leaving him at our home working on the job. His advice so far has been sound and his work has been great. Our home remodel has been going by small moves for a couple of years (DIY and other companies), but now that we have found Jess, I know we will get it finished in a short time. What a relief!

Jess is very professional and takes pride in his work. He did a beautiful job on the siding - you can't even tell it was repaired. He has completed the project in a timely fashion and kept the work area neat and clean. Would absolutely use this provider in the future.

The garage wall is cinder block, so it's hard to drill into. We wanted a kitchen cabinet hung up on the wall above a freezer. He came over when he said, gave an estimate, and offered to do it right then. He was done within 10 minutes. The cabinet is level and firmly installed.

Jess is very professional. He arrived on time and we discussed the work that needed to be done on my deck. It needed some boards replaced and the whole deck repainted. He gave me a reasonable price and we decided on the date to start the project. He arrived on time and went right to work replacing the boards. Then we had a rain storm so he let the boards dry out and settle for a few days and then returned to paint the deck. He did a fabulous job, it looks great. He kept the area clean and picked up as he was working and left the area looking very nice. He does fantastic work and I will use his expertise in the future!

Jess completely replaced my deck that had been long neglected. He was prompt and finished the job much sooner than I expected. Workmanship is excellant as well as his suggestions for improvement. Joists were on 24 inch center and were changed to 16 inches. Entire area was cleaned up after the work was completed. The price was less than I expected for labor and materials and was started and completed in a very short time. Jess kept me completely advised on every detail of the work as it was completed. I will use his services again and would deffinitly recommend him to family and friends.

My front door is exposed to all weather and had rotted at the bottom. Also, the trim around my garage doors had never been caulked so the same thing happened. He replaced the front door and the trim around the garage doors. Then they were caulked properly. I also had some siding in the back of the house that water had gotten behind so he repaired that. He did an excellent job! Very professional, arrived on time, discussed the project in advance and answered my questions. He takes pride in his work and that's something you don't see a lot of these days. I will definitely call on him in the future.

Jess showed up on time every morning. He always cleaned up before he left for the day. He made sure we were happy with all the materials and paint before continuing. All of the work was of superior quality. Shutters were removed from the house, painted and put back on after the house had been painted. The doors fit perfectly and the dry wall on the inside was undamaged. He was able to use 95% of all the original trim (no breaks)! The house was painted entirely by brush, I am very pleased with the results. No overspray on the windows, patio furniture etc... Overall I am very please with his skill and the repairs he did. Mike
