Description of Work: The problem in evaluating a store like Home Depot is that you get totally different experiences on different days. The last time we went there weren't many people there and we got a lot of attention from a wonderful woman who went way out of her way to meet our needs. I don't know if that would have happened if the store had been crowded. But she had a friendly, bantering, service-oriented attitude.
