After he inspected the two outside units, he had a list of things he wanted to fix. Filters, freon, and other repairs that came to well over 450.00. This unit that he was focusing on is only 6 years old. I told him the filters and freon were OK, but not the other repairs. I was having no trouble with this unit and did not see the point. He then began the "fear tactics" of telling me that if I did not repair that unit, the compressor would blow anytime and then I would need a new unit altogether. I did not appreciate that. He then came in the house to check the attic unit. Once he saw that it was in the attic and he had to get a ladder for access, he asked me if I really wanted that unit inpsected. He said that it looked like a lot of trouble. I told him absolutely - it was part of my service plan. He was reluctant, but went to get his ladder. I moved all the heavy stuff in the closet blocking access and he went on up finally. Because he was late and very slow, I was wanting him to get to work and complete what he needed to do, but he was very talkative (chit chat) and showed me family pictures the entire time he was here. Once he left, I realized that he did not check the upstairs air intake filter, but he did put that on his report that he did. I will not get another service contract with Hiller again.

All went very, very well. Service tech Charles White really took the time to do the job right, making sure that all possibilities were covered. We could not be happier with the promptness and professionalism of the service from Hiller Plumbing. We had a mainline drain clog that was causing sewage to back up into our basement. The problem was promptly addressed, and the line was cleared. It turns out that we have a main line collapse, which the service tech located for us with a special camera. Although this took quite a bit of time, there was no extra charge. He gave us a range of estimates for different options to solve our problem, and was kind and patient with us at all times. When it comes time to repair/replace the line, we will definitely call Hiller Plumbing to do the job for us.

The installation was very impressive. The plumbing, electrical work and the addition of a undertank platform was a work of art. I say that Hiller is the best run business I have ever experienced working for us. I highly recommend them. He finished and he explained that the Hiller Club will be inspecting the water heater as part of their plumbing inspection and service. When he left I went into the garage and the area around the heater and the heater itself were as if he was never here. Beautiful.

Everyone associated with the company was informative, polite and professional.

Since the original inspection and tune up was pre-paid and the part was covered by warranty, am I wrong to think that $362. is pretty steep for the additional labor and picking up the part. This totaled approximately 1-1/2 hours of extra labor? Are typical HVAC work rates over $200. an hour now? That's what I would expect to pay for a Lawyer or Doctor maybe!

This is the same as what I just wrote above. It was a good experience with them and would use them again. The office followed up on out satisfaction.

Hiller Plumbing did a wonderful job. Their price was good, and they were very thorough. They got the job done in time.

I will use them again in the future.

I have a yearly contract with them. They are very professional. They are customer-oriented. They have knowledgeable technicians. They do not mess up your house when they come to work for you. They also have good service hours.

They did a real good job. They came in and explained everything before they did it. They showed up on time and cleaned up after themselves. The price was good. They were there when they said they would be there. I am under their service contract for a year so I will use them again.

Hiller was good at telling me that my furnace needs to be updated and parts need to be replaced. I do not think it was a cheap shot for me to pay them more money as they showed me the parts and they looked outdated.

Hiller's estimate was thousands above the other two companies for compareable units. A little bit of difference I can understand...but thousands?? Needless to say, we didn't use Hiller.

My wife and I notice our Central Air conditioner was not working correctly; it would come on and then shut back off or even put out hot air during 80 degree afternoons. I called multiple friends looking for recommendations, but had to resort to both the phone book and internet looking for a repair company. Of the seven or so companies I called, no one was able to come the same day (it was a Saturday), which could be expected during the summer. The deciding factor was how Hiller answered their phone in a friendly, professional way. After a few short question, I made an appointment for the next day, Sunday, and was given a four hour window of 10 -2 p.m. At around 10:15 a.m. I received a call stating the technician was on his way. Great. Two and a half hours later, the technicians actually showed up. Once he showed up, Mike was very friendly and asked a few questions and went right to work checking all the components of my system. Within about twenty minutes, Mike had the problem diagnosed (a slug had crawled on my outside control board) and had even found an additional problem I was not aware of (outside service disconnect was not attached to my house). He showed me the problems, offered several solutions, and quoted me a price. Although he did not have the part on the truck, the warehouse did have it in stock! I even hit him up for a and quot;while you are hereand quot; project to install a new thermostat I had previously purchased. I approve his quote and made another appointment for the next day with a two hour window of 8 - 10 a.m. He asked for no money and left. The next morning, Mike didn't show up until almost 11 a.m. but apologized letting me know they had a surprise meeting he was not anticipating. He went right to work, repairing the AC unit within twenty minutes. When finished, he attempted to install the thermostat I purchased, but seemed to have trouble making it work correctly. He suggested I may have a defective unit. Since I had bought the unit online over a year ago and not through Hiller, I was skeptical about this story until he said he could probably get it switched out through his supplier for no charge. The unit had cost $200 online and I know they wouldn't take it back now. He made my unit work, temporarily, and we made another appointment, with another two hour window. Again, he asked for no money before he left. This time, Mike made his scheduled time and had a replacement thermostat installed in about five minutes. He took the next twenty minutes answering a multitude of my questions about the new thermostat and testing it completely. We sat down and he wrote up his paperwork, during which time he broke out the infamous calculator. After all his calculations, the total came up to be exactly what he quoted, with no hidden charges. Impressive. He even sold me on a $99 Hiller service program, which would save me 10% on all my work today and only cost me $50 additionally, after the savings. I don't usually buy those type of programs, but after his honest, professional work, and his true belief in this program, it was a and quot;no brainerand quot; for me. Overall, I strongly recommend Hiller Plumbing, Heating and Cooling for professional, honest service work. The cost seemed a little high, but you won't have any surprises when it comes time to pay the bill and you will know the work was done buy true professionals!! **I should mention that I am the type of homeowner that may make a normal technician uncomfortable. Since I am a little paranoid about not getting honest work done (remnants of a horrible home builder) I looked over Mike's shoulder the entire time and asked about a million questions, including the infamous and quot;what would it cost to do this or that?and quot; Mike was able to continue working while talking, never broke his professional decorum, and gave me honest feedback. He was completely open with everything he did, and showed me what he was doing, almost training me, as he went along. Great Job Mike!

I have been using them for over a year and they are awesome. They will come out whenever even at night or on the weekends to help you out.

The Technician was professional, but charging 200.00 for a simple reconnection of a PVC pipe in ridiclous! He spent more time filling out his paper work than it took to do the job. The Technicans have a price sheet which is by category and that 's what they charge, no matter how simple the job might be.

They send a guy out to do the estimate. They stick to the estimate no matter what happens, they said. Once you agree to the estimate, then the installers make an appointment and do the installation. They completed the job in one day and had to cut the power a few times, but nothing out of the ordinary.

The guy that they sent out to do the estimate was very professional. He seemed to be very knowledgeable and was willing to take as much time in answering many questions as I had. He showed up exactly when he said he would. They cleaned up after they got finished and did a good job. Everything has been fine ever since.

They have always been satisfied with them. I spent a little over $1000 on that work. They were really great. Something came loose the very next day and when I called them they were here the next day. I was really pleased that they responded fast. They were professional and cleaned up after themselves.

It went very well. I have been pleased. They advertise that if you have a problem and you call in they will be there within 2 hours and they have always followed what they have said. They were extremely helpful and patient when answering all my questions.

They are very efficient. They are on time. They know what they're doing. They are reliable.

Hiller Plumbing Heating and Cooling did a good job with their quote and presented the information well. I didn't have any problems but there was something about the way that their warranty worked which is why I went with someone else.

The best way to describe them is that they were very professional and they cleaned up after themselves. They showed up when they were supposed to show up. They did exactly what they were supposed to do and did a good job. I had three estimates and their estimate was slightly better than the others so their price was really good.

It went good. This is a good company and I will use them again.

The plumber fixed the problem, although he didn't replace the handle, we had to order that from Delta. The work itself was fine, however, the price was too high for the simple job that was done, in my opinion. The plumber arrived when scheduled - the next day after we called - so they are prompt and on time. The showerhead no longer drips!

I called them and they were pretty prompt. I think they are pretty unique. I've tried plumbers for years, but Hiller advertised a lot and I wanted to try them. They were so good and pleasant. They are distributors of easy water. I wanted someone who knew what they were doing to come out and tell me about the easy water. Their plumber came out and they have a club program that if you are a member of you get discounts and an annual inspection, etc. It's so customer service orienteed, you can't believe the customer service at Hiller. They are exceptional and the plumber they sent out was really nice. I didn't mind having him in my house, he was very thorough. He checked my hot water heater, called his manager and he told them about the calcium in our hot water heater. They told him that the easy water would not work because of our calcium and not to waste our time when they could have sold me expensive equipment instead. I thought that was exceptional. They also gave me the name of a pump company that might design something for me, but it was nothing to do with their business. I signed up for their program and joined their club so now they are my regular plumbers. I think they have the right idea about customer service. They are different, you can look up the price for every service and the price is fixed before you have the work done.
