They're very professional, always on time, and very knowledgeable about what they're doing.

I was disappointed that there was a charge to provide a quote. I don't believe that necessary, unless there is the option to apply such charge to services performed. That was not an option presented to me, so I went with another provider.

It went great and I will use them from now on!

The work we had done at our old house was good. When we called to get a quote to upgrade systems at our new house, it was a total disaster. We kept telling the sales person what days we were not available, and he kept trying to schedule appointments for times we were not home. We eventually gave up due to aggravation. They need to replace their salesperson with someone more capable and matching their HVaC techs we used in 2013.

The man checked out everything that could possibly be causing the waterless problem. He explained to me everything he did. It's been a while since this job was done so I'm short on details; but , even though the problem wasn't solved, I was satisfied that he had done all possible for the moment.

It went well. We liked the two men who came to do the work. They were in our home for two days and made a much dreaded job as easy on us as seemed possible. They worked very hard, constantly, for those two days and seemed to work very well together. They were careful to cover their feet while in the house and cleaned up any messes they made. They were also good about explaining the why of the things they were doing. There were two minor things that needed finishing up after they left and the company was quick to send someone out to finish the job, Everyone we have met or talked to from Hiller has been very nice. Would definitely recommend them.

Mr. Noel arrived without a ladder (part of the unit is above the carport) and asked for ours. While he was on the ladder, he asked me to hand him his flashlight. He looked at our return and other vents. We financed through TVA and he kept saying that TVA would not approve our unit. He said that we needed to change our return and duct work. He took no measurements anywhere of anything. He walked outside, told me it was after 5:00 p.m., and that he would email the estimate to me. We never heard from Hiller again. Needless to say, we won't call back.

They did very well. They seemed to have the best value and warranty. They did very good. I had a very good experience with them. They have a very competitive bid and they also had the best warranty.

They were really good to work with, especially Brad. He was really thorough. They are very prompt and I was able to get right in when I called. They are very clean about their work and they explain things to me well. I felt their prices were a little high.

I'll break this into three sections: The salesman. He came in, gave his spiel, showed me a bunch of credentials and awards I had no interest in. He looked about, and told me we'd have to install in the attic, since he felt he couldn't preserve the workspace in my basement if the unit was installed downstairs. I told him I had been approved for a TVA Energyright loan, and he informed me that the loan would cover two units ($15k instead of $10k for one) since they were having to install new ductwork. He quoted a price of $12,300 for the unit , ductwork, and three days labor, which I agreed to and signed the contract. On the way out the door, he turns to me and says, and I quote, and quot;You'd better call TVA and make sure they cover that ductwork.and quot;, which I immediately did. TVA does not cover ductwork. Funny. No worries, the charlatan had a no interest loan he could offer to cover the additional $2300. He did not mention that it was actually a Wells Fargo credit card he was signing me up for. I wonder what his commission was? The installers. They guys showed up on time, and went straight to work. They were friendly and professional. They immediately informed me that installing the whole unit in the basement was no problem, and went to work. They talked to me at every step, and made changes on the fly based on my preference. All in all, it was a very good experience. They were finished in two days (I was charged for three). The inspection. The TVA inspector showed up a few weeks later, and found that they had wired the air handler incorrectly (wired for a four ton unit rather than the 2.5 that was installed). The inspector very kindly rewired the unit on his own time. made sure everything was ship shape, and went on his merry way after signing off on the job. To sum up, it would have been a pleasant experience except for the salesman. If this is the way Hiller deals with the sales part of the business, I really don't see how they cultivated the reputation they enjoy. It was that reputation that caused me to disregard my misgivings and sign their contract. Caveat emptor...

He got to us quickly and he did what we needed without having to do a lot of extra stuff. I think he could have probably have us doing more, but he just did what needed to be done, and the price was reasonable. So, we were satisfied with that. I thought our overall experience was excellent.

I originally called Rose Plumbing for an estimate and the lady wasn't very helpful or friendly. Luckily she said I needed some Health Department Septic tank layout. Turns out, I don't have a septic tank, only a sewer line. But I didn't bother calling them back. Next stop was Kington Plumbing. The guy says he'll see if he can fit me in. Over an hour goes buy and I don't hear from the guy from Kington. I call him back, and no real time slot. Just some vague hope of someone coming out that afternoon. So I cancelled. Between that 1st call to Kington and the 2nd call, Hiller called. After canceling Kington, I dealt with Hiller. They gave me a time slot that was not too far from the time I called. Mr. Hill, the plumber, came out and communicated constantly. Really nice guy. My roots situation was bad, but only in one spot. So, they'll be out again this Tuesday to take care of the roots and pipe repair. Meanwhile, he discounted the services for that day since I'm going to have to spend more to have the rest of the work completed.

Gary handled the electrical inspection and was professional and very helpful. When I inquired about installing a new ceiling fan, he discussed it with me and based on his advice I am now ready to schedule the service call. Jeff handled our air conditioning inspection. He was professional and thorough. Jeremy handled our plumbing inspection. He was knowledgeable and provided helpful information to us to minimize system interruptions. Each of their visits included prompt arrival, lasted an hour or less and provided suggestions for longevity of the systems.

They had to come back out a couple times to fix a leak. Other than that, I had no issues with them. There was one technician here each time doing the work.

They have changed the pricing from a one-time ~$99 to a monthly fee of ~$8. They always do great work and their work matches their estimate. We have been Happy Hiller club members for about 3 years and plan to continue to be so in the future. They have recently added an electrical and quot;check-upand quot; as part of the club so you get an A/C, plumbing and electrical checkup as part of your benefits.

Hiller Plumbing Heating and Cooling is very good. They offer a package where you can do $90 for a heating, cooling and plumbing service. If you do the package, you have priority as a member if something happens and there's 50 callers. That's nice especially because we had huge storms a while back. It's important.

Perfect. Ray Sweat was our technician. Worked without stopping, even cleaned our floor where some mud came in, had been raining. Did the water heater like a machine yet explained everything very well. Same with the toilet repair, very thorough and excellent work was performed. Very pleased and would highly recommend.

Actually there was a guy here last week and he had to come back just to do a yearly check of our air conditioning to make sure it's working correctly and so forth. We have a plan where we pay an amount and then they come out twice a year. Like in the fall they come and check our heating system and in the spring they come and check our air conditioning unit. They just do routine checks and then if something needs to be done we pay for that. They are very responsive. They come pretty quickly when we call. When they come in our house they put shoe covers on to keep everything clean. The work that they've done for us has been really good. My husband takes care of the bills but we haven't worked with other contractors like that in this area so we really don't know how to compare the price.

The only hiccup was that the plumber did not get the message that I had a tankless water heater and did not bring the descaling supplies with him, but that can be done on the next visit. This is a great value!!.

Hiller was prompt, knowledgeable and very professional. They repaired the leak and I also purchased a plumbing and heat/air inspection.

They would check the plumbing and the heating twice a year. There was one time when we called them that wasn't a scheduled visit and because they put you ahead if you're a member of their club, they came straight over at us to see what it was. I think it had something to do with the water heaters. They were very professional. I would use Hiller Plumbing Heating and Cooling again. I have no complaints.

I was very happy with them. They were professional but their price was higher than the normal.
