Description of Work: Awful. Came back twice and I still have to hold down the handle on both toilets until it flushes. Also, can't even use one sink at all that was leaking, and the other is still stopped up. Will never use them again.

Description of Work: Toilet cutoff valve did not shut off water. Called on Wednesday, scheduled service for Friday (not an emergency). Service man showed up on time on Friday, spent less than 20 minutes to cut off water at street, remove old value & replace new one. Charge was $136 for 20 minutes of work, plus $59 for service call. Very expensive for the amount of time & new valve.

Description of Work: I signed up for their plan of 4 visits per year per cooling and heating units. (I have 2 separate units). Someone checked the furnaces for my two units this past visit. I was pleased with the punctuality and overall experience. The service tech explained in detail what he did.

Description of Work: Repaired heating coil electric circuit and charged two stage heat pump. Cleaned coils. Unit now works great. Both the service man and the office were wonderful to communicate and keep me informed about a special order part and the progress of the repairs.

 + 0 more..they were to be there between 9-11. I got call at 8:15 they were on the way. Even thought they waived the service call fee of 39.95, they charged over 170.00 to snake out one of the drains. One drain, they could not snake due to something logged in the drain. Paid another 407.00 to have them replace the tub drain which was over a basement area with pretty easy access. The service guy was nice, I think he felt bad about the charge of over 570.00 since it took less than 3 hours to do the job. Service was good but the pricing was outrageous.. I only agreed to service at this price becuase I needed to get it done and they were already there. Will not use again due to high cost.

 + -1 moreTook ten days to schedule an appointment. Five year old upstairs A/C unit was not blowing cold air, hence a 15+ degree temperature difference between upstairs & downstairs. Service tech spent about 6 hours diagnosing problem. Couldn't find the problem so he tried cleaning the coil (using my garden hose and charging me $100 for that), adding freon, then removing freon. He didn't have the right equipment when he arrived. Kept complaining that his temperature guage was broken so he was using what appeared to be a meat thermometer. Nice guy, but end result cost me $300 and A/C is no better than before.
Description of Work: Service tech attemped to diagose my A/C problem, cleaned outside coil & added freon.

They were very professional and very courteous. They asked me a lot of questions to help in diagnosing the fault, and gave me all the options upfront, along with the prices involved. They have done a fine job.
