Frazier's Carpet One Floor & Home

Description of Work: I ask to have the carpet installer to let me see the floor when he got the laminated off. He was unloading the truck and I asked if I had time to go get a breakfast sandwich (15 minutes). When I got back, he had pulled the laminated out and had almost finished installing the carpet. I may have been gone closer to 30 minutes but that is still quick. I did not get to see the flooring. I called and requested they pull the carpet back so I could see the floor. They gave me a hard time but eventually did it. It had some rot so I had someone there to fix anything before the carpet was put back down. It has now been only a few years and the carpet is creasing up. That is a sign of a cheap pad - they insured me that they put in a good pad. I have now wasted money for a poorly installation and will have to replace the carpet soon, AGAIN. I would not use them for anything. A major ripoff place.

Description of Work: Old carpet was replaced with new carpet in living room, dining room, hallways, steps, and three bedrooms. The installers worked a day and a half, and took no breaks. They were prompt, courteous, professional, and did an excellent job of installation and clean up. I have used Frazier's for carpeting and linoleum flooring several time in the past. I have been pleased with their product and work each time. For this job I shopped at two other companies besides Frazier's, and found Frazier's to have the best price and quality for the type of carpet I wanted.

Description of Work: We hired Frazier's to put down new linoleum in our hall bath and lay new carpet on our stairs. My husband did prep work by taking out floor trim, ripping out the old carpet, and securing the banister. So, we did the demo, and Frazier's did the installation. | |The only complaint is that we forgot to screw down the old linoleum where the floor squeaked, so our new linoleum looks great, but the floor still squeaks. | |The carpet that we chose is great for our family and very easy to spot-clean on spills. They come right up with very little fuss. Frazier's gives you care instructions when you sign the paperwork.

Description of Work: New vinyl in two bathrooms and new carpeting in one room. Service people were punctual, polite, and efficient.

Description of Work: I called Frazier's for an estimate on hardwood flooring. Their prices seem like they are a bit high. Everything else was great. I will not use them for my installation.

Description of Work: Fraziers replaced the carpet and padding in 4 bedrooms plus the bonus room. Jeff was patient and helpful in the selection process. The crew moved all the large furniture and returned it after installation. The crew was polite and handled our belongings and home with a great deal of care. We were so pleased with the work and would highly recommend them!!

Description of Work: Engineered hardwood flooring was installed (glue down) over very rough concrete subfloor. Fraziers' installers did an excellent job of prepping the rough concrete to accept the glue for the flooring. The installers (Dennis and Dwayne) were very professional, timely, and did excellent work. Josh, our sales rep, was excellent to work with. He understood the complexities of the job and made sure we had installers who could handle the work.
