The installer was very professional and did a great job. He went above and beyond to ensure that all cables were installed properly and safely. The only issue I can find with this visit was in getting them out. I had them reschedule once and then not call when they were running late. To make up for this they worked with me to find a time that worked with my schedule even when it was outside of their normal working hours.

Very professional all the way. Same day service and a nice service man named Rich. I called first thing in the morning and the door was fixed by 2:00 PM the same day. I'll definitely give them a call in the future if I need additional service.

Their service was good and they were prompt.

We've always liked Farmer Garage Door pretty well. They are friendly, fast and efficient. I feel like they're trustworthy. They are punctual.

They did a great job. started about 9:00 am and finished about 2:00 pm. Doors are smooth and quiet. We replaced the old wood doors with insulated metal doors. It definiiely helped make garage warmer and helped the overhead bonus room more comfortable.

I am very pleased with the Farmer's Garage Door installation. You can notice that it is a quality job, by such little things as the care taken in sealing the edges of the joints with caulk. The opener is belt drive, very quiet, and the garage door works perfectly.

Over a year ago, we began building a new house. Bill Earnest spent the time to go over our drawings and offer suggestions for what type doors we should consider. This was particularly helpful because we were building a house with traditional garage doors (2 of these) as well as with a non-traditional door (one of these) for housing our motorhome. He was able to offer excellent suggestions that enabled the house to appear as a residential house and garage even though one of the garage doors was enormous (13 ft by 12 ft). More important, his attention to detail enabled us to recognize that the interior of our garage needed a few inches higher ceiling if we were to successfully mount a garage door that would not interfere with out motorhome when it was parked inside the garage. Based on his observations, we modified the drawings slightly and thus avoided a catastrophy downstream. Although construction has proceeded slowly with our house, we finally reached the point where we needed the three garage doors installed. Bill and his team were quick to respond, mounted the new doors, and ensured that everything runs smoothly. He stands by his products, his team were very professional, and we are now the proud and happy owners of yet another garage door installed by Farmer Garage Doors. We have neighbors who have likewise used his services and we are all happy customers.

The process was great from the time that I called and had a concern to the installation of the section. I was very pleased with the service and the phone conversations that were with a live person (no IVR).

The garage door was not opening. It would turn sideways and get stuck. I called Farmer's on Wednesday and made an appointment for Friday. I was called before they left for my house as promised. The technician fixed the door by replacing the worn out pulleys with new pulleys and he lubricated the rails. The pulleys were only $32.00. The service call was $90.00. It took the technician no time at all and now my garage door works like it is new!

I called Farmer after reading the reviews here on Angie's List. It was the first thing in the morning, and they had a technician here within an hour and a half. Service was done promptly (took about 30 minutes). Will definitely call them again to replace opener, as it's not always the most reliable.

It went great. The technician, Eli, was about 25 minutes late because he had problems on previous job which is the reason I rated punctuality B. Eli took his time and did a really good job when he got here though.

I spent $85 on the job. My garage door was broken. I had called them to get an estimate on replacing the garage door. They came out to do the estimate and the estimator looked at the door and told me that he could fix it. He did the work in an hour. He repaired the door and fixed everything. Now, the garage door is working excellently. They were very professional, punctual, and efficient. I would call them again since they saved me so much money.

I called them on 26 Aug 10 to replace the springs on my garage door - one of them broke that morning. Person I spoke with was courtesy and friendly. She tried to get it fixed that afternoon but the repair technicians were tied up on a big job. I made the appointment for the next morning. Repair technicians were promptly at my house at 8:30am and replaced the springs within 30 minutes - as well as tuning up my garage door. The technicians were professional and courtesy. They answered all of my wife's questions with no problems. I would use this company again.

They were super and I was very happy with them. I was very pleased with the price which included the door, the labor, the door opener, and the remote. I liked their punctuality when they came to give me an estimate and it only took one call back to let them know that I was interested in using them. They scheduled me within a week, it took them about two hours, and they cleaned up after themselves.

They were very nice and they did an extraordinary job. They weren?t here very long and the guy that came was very knowledgeable, very friendly, and very easy to get along with. I cannot compliment him enough. The price was reasonable and I don?t feel like I was overcharged for what they did. We called them the day before yesterday and they came today. I would absolutely use them again.

Bobby and Eli arrived the same day I called for repair service. They did a run-through of possible problems, and decided it was a faulty signal, that, due to age of opener, could not be replaced. My husband and I decided to replace, did some research, then called Farmer's for replacement. Bobbie and Eli arrived promptly the next morning (29 degrees) and installed the new opener. They were courteous, very tidy and professional. They completed the project in about 1 1/2 hours, and left after instructing me on new product. Laura and Denise, each of whom took my calls for Farmer, were efficient, and very pleasant. They are excellent with customer service.

They did a wonderful job on the door. We have never needed anything else done on it or the automatic opener. The new garage door opener was included with the door and the installation. Their guys came out and did a good job on the installation and I was happy with everything.
