They were really good.

Very professional -- returned all calls promptly, came out at the time specified for quote and work. Workers were very professional. Work is top quality, and left the jobsite spotless. All this in the wake of the hailstorm, which most be swamping all contractors.

This is how a company should treat customers. They called me back promptly after I had to leave a message. They came out when they said they would for the estimate and completed the estimate on-site. They were very good about me having to reschedule the job day because I was having my house painted and it took longer than expected due to rain. They showed up the day and time they said they would. The job was finished in one day. There was a slight problem with downspout placement because we went with bigger downspouts, so the installer called me on my cell phone to be sure I was okay with where he needed to move it. Overall just a very good experience. There are only two small problems I had...I had to call twice regarding getting scheduled after the estimate. The second time I was on the schedule, they just hadn't called me yet and when they took down the old gutters, they threw them to the ground and took up chunks of my grass. But having dealt with many contractors and companies such as this, the overall experience was so good, I gave them all A's.

We scheduled an appointment to get an estimate for replacing the gutter, downspouts and any damaged soffit areas. Eddie, the owner, appeared precisely on time, gave us an estimate and set up a time to do the work a few days later. The workmen appeared as scheduled, did the work they were supposed to do, replaced less of the soffit than we expected and adjusted the price accordingly. It was not a very complicated job, but I would recommend them to anyone if promptness and honesty is important.

They called promptly to verify request. They showed up exactly on time for estimate. They showed up ontime for both days of work. Quality of work was excellent. Estimate was exactly what I expected a fair price to be, and was $1200 less than a previously-recommended good-old-boy quote. It has not rained since installation, so I have not yet seen the gutters in action, but I don't expect any problem. These guys do great work.

Arrived for estimate within 1 day of request, and on following day called to schedule service date , which was only two days later. Arrived on scheduled date. During the estimate I asked about door frame repair and recevied estimate cost. During service, an alternative abd better method to repair the door frame was suggested, at virtually the same price.

From the time I called and got a visit from Eddie to survey the job and give me an estimate, there were several days of rain and no work could be done. When the weather cleared, two men appeared at my home; we reviewed what needed to be done and they went to work. They did the job quickly, efficiently and very professionally.

We contacted several companies to get estimates on gutter guard. East Tennessee promptly sent someone out. They gave us an estimate and later performed the work. They were careful with our house. I was concerned about their safety since part of the roof is 3 stories. They sent me a copy of their workman's comp insurance certificate to ease my fears.

They arrived promptly on the day the work was scheduled, were aware of what they were supposed to do, and went right to work. They were thorough and professional, answering all of our questions and responding to any concerns we had. They did an excellent job and cleaned up when they were finished. A few days later, my husband and I decided we wanted one of the downspouts shortened by about two and a half inches, so my husband called the owner of the company. In approximate four days, two of his employees came back out to our house and shortened the downspout for us. I was quite impressed with how promptly they responded to this request.

A crew of 3 showed up in a van with a machine that formed the gutter from continuous aluminum flat feed stock. Keeping the guttering in one piece they formed the gutter into a U shape to go around the 3 sides of our entrance patio. They did this by notching the front and bottom of the gutter (keeping the back intact) and bending the side 90 degrees to form a 90 degree turn. This was done a second time to complete the U shape. This required a lot of skill to accurately make the 90 degree bend and to make the bottom of the U the exact length needed to fit the facia board on the house. When it was placed on the house it was a tight fit to squeeze the gutter into the bottom of the U (between the 2 sides) but with a little persuasion they got it in place and made sure it had the slope to drain properly. I previously had experience with gutter installers making 3 pieces and fastening them to short 90 degree corner pieces to make the U shape. With that method it is easier to make adjustments when doing the hanging. With the continuous gutter the installers have little room for error so they have to be skilled in their work. The advantage of the continuous gutter is you only see a continuous piece of gutter without the usual corner connecting pieces making it look much better. I quoted 3 firms to do the job. The first one quoted about $550 which I considered grossly overpriced. A second quote was made by a well known firm for $270. The last quote was $90 higher ($362) which is the one I eventually chose even though they wouldn't try to match my low quote. My reasons: 1. Their rating on Angieslist was superior. 2. They had a good Better Business Bureau rating where the other firm had no rating. 3. The other firm wanted me to sign a contract with a lot of legalese that I felt would put me at a disadvantage in any dispute. I'm a fussy guy and after consideration I felt that this firm would give me fewer headaches and that was worth the extra money. The gutter looks great and I would use them again.

They did a good job. They were a Little sloppy but it turned out OK in the end. The quality of the gutters was not quite up to the ones replaced. They did what they said they were gonna do, at the price the quoted, in a timely manner.
