Thank you for taking your time to look at my business. I have been cleaning for 2 years with my business and 4 years working for a cleaning business that did new constructin clean up. After the housing market crashed I changed gears needing more work than my current boss could provide. So I took a risk and decided to make a go of it for myself.I can do various types of cleaning form new construction clean up to move in/ move out, to weekly, bi-weekly, monthly cleanings. Pricing is basied on size and square ft. and detail of clean needed. Every house is different and I pride myself in doing the absoult best. I am very detail orentied taking the time to look after the little things. I provided all my own cleaning prouducts( unless a specfic item is need or you would like your own cleaners used.

iT WENT GREAT! THIS WAS THE FIRST TIME IN 66 YEARS I'D EVER HAD ANYONE COME IN TO CLEAN MY HOUSE, AND THANKS TO ANGIE'S LIST RECOMMENDATIONS WE WERE THRILLED WITH CINDY! SHE MIXED FRIENDLINESS WITH PROFESSIONALISM AND MADE US VERY COMFORTABLE WITH STAYING IN ANOTHER ROOM WHILE SHE WORKED, SINCE WE HAVE 6 RESCUED PETS THAT WOULD HAVE JUST GOTTEN IN HER WAY. Cindy did an amazing job on our house! Everything looked clean and the floors looked great. She cleans our house every two weeks and noticed we had some floor polish. She asked if we would like for the floors to be polished the next time she came for an extra $30. We were delighted with the results. However, she called me that afternoon to let me know she ran out of polish and felt they could look even better if she had more polish. She offered to re-do the polish job for free if we would get more cleaning supplies the next time she came. Very professional and works hard. I leave a list of things that I want her to take a little more time on and she does. Her pricing is fair for the results. She was very prompt when I first called her to come give an estimate. I think it is important to stress what duties you want done so she knows exactly what her job is. We will continue to use her and would recommend her services.
Description of Work: I asked Cindy to sweep, mop, dust, clean baseboards, windows, and polish hardwood floors.

I don't feel it went very well at all. She talked about a family that she cleaned for at the end of my street and told me how dirty the house was. I feel if she would talk about her customers that way then she would talk about me as well. Not at ALL professional in my opinion. I don't know how this person got an A on Angies list unless maybe she was having a bad day. I also don't understand how a 3000 sf house can be cleaned from top to bottom in 3 - 4 hours by one person. I think it would take several people to do the job I would expect.
Description of Work: I paid $79 for the Angie's List Special Deal and expected I would get the same work as if I had paid full price. If I had paid full price I would have been even more upset than I was. While she was cleaning I was busy in another room so I didn't watch her clean. By the time I noticed that she had used one of my vacuum cleaners (without asking) she was done. When I saw she had brought it down from upstairs I told her I didn't know she was using that vacuum as I don't use it because the bag is packed full and I don't have replacement bags for it. I do have another vacuum that I use and if she had asked I wouldn't have had a problem. So the dirt on my rugs just got pushed around and into the carpeting and then sheasked "do you want me to do it over" instead of just doing it? So I said no and decided to vacuum myself after she left. When she got there the only thing I asked was that she use my Comet to clean the bathroom sinks & tubs. She didn't! After she left I noticed that the bathroom sink upstairs still had my husband's moustache hairs he had cut in the sink so there is no way she even ran water to clean it. I guess if it doesn't look dirty she doesn't clean it. Some things were done ok, like dusting, and a few things cleaned but there were alot of things that weren't cleaned AT ALL! The kitchen tile floor was still sticky and dirty so I know it wasn't mopped. I realize 2500 sf is alot to clean but why does she advertise to do all that she does - it's impossible to clean that large of a space in 3 1/4 hrs. My hardwood floors still had the same marks from my cats water and food dishes when she left! There were still cobwebs and dust in the corners in many areas. It was also odd that an hour after she got there she told me "she was starving" and I felt bad that I didn't have anything in the house to offer her. I am very disappointed in the quality of the cleaning and I am grateful that I didn't pay full price.

I as so sorry you feel this way. I asked if you wanted me to vacuum again and you said no, if you had said yes I would have had no problem doing it. You never gave me any comet or requested me to use it. I can not read minds. I cleaned everything in the upstairs batrhroom. Iam sorry if one little hair was on the sink, but I cleaned it. Its was late in the day and yes I was hungry of well I said somthing in passing i never would have taking anything even if you had offered. really? There is just some peolpe you can't please. I do belive you are making a mountian out of a mole hill. Once again Im sorry and if you woiuld have let me know I would have fixed it.

Contacted Cindy approximately two weeks before I needed her. We set up a date and time. She called at the appointed time to say she was running about 20 minutes late. Kudos for the great customer service for calling.Cindy spent 4+ hours doing a top to bottom clean. Did a fantastic job. We have set up an every 2 week schedule to do a clean.

When I purchased the $79.00 Angie's List coupon for "Done Right Cleaning" in March or April 2012, I was taking a "shot in the dark". I had never used a commercial service before. Such services were usually split between my wife and I throughout our marriage. In searching Angie's List and other web sources, I did not find a service that "jumped right out" at me. For instance, most of the cleaning services listed on Angie's List have an "A" rating. I found the distinctions were in the details listed by clients. This is where the real information lies about these listed companies. So, I bought the on-line coupon and then I called Cindy Griffin thinking it would be weeks before she could fit me in. I was fortunate, however, in that one of her regulars did not need her for one week and Cindy put me in her slot. So within 10 days of calling, Cindy had come and gone - the house was cleaner than it had been in months. I was pleased. Cindy and I discussed other work she might to willing to do around the house. She, however, does only cleaning, dusting and floor care; not such tidying up duties as washing clothes, dishes, changing sheets, etc. I'm with her on that, she has enough of that to do at home. All I needed was a good house cleaning anyway. By the way, she did beautifully in the bathrooms. They sparkled. Cindy has her own cleaning cloths, supplies, and appliances. However, she will use the home owners equipment and supplies if that does not pose a problem. This is not a problem in our house, but other clients may have a different perspective on this topic. It saves Cindy money to use my stuff, and I surely do not mind having on hand what she needs.
Description of Work: To be fair, Cindy's normal charge for cleaning a home (up to 3000 sq ft) is approx. $126.00. During the month of March or April, Cindy offered an Angie's List coupon for the same work for $79.00. I took advantage of that coupon and got a really great deal. We live in a 2-story house of 2750 sq ft. She cleaned and dusted ~2200 sq ft of that in 4 hours and did a good job. I gave her an extra $20.00 when she left. The tip was so low because that's all the cash I had with me at the time. I found her to be cheerful, friendly, and very efficient. I will have her back soon to help me out again. I've also recommended her to my son and daughter-in-law for consideration. Thanks, Cindy.

Cindy Griffin worked very hard to make sure she did a thorough job on our bathrooms. She detailed them and took alot of time with each bath to make sure they were very clean. I highly recommend her and plan to use her again.

Cindy Griffin came at 8:30 a.m and left after 11:30 a.m. She started in the upstairs bathroom and then proceeded cleaning the master bathroom. The owner cam at 9:00 a.m. and left at 12 noon.She started in the master bath and spent the first hour cleaning it and dusting the master bedroom.This left two hours for the other 4 rooms; living room, small office, dining room and kitchen, the kitchen being the most importantas we were having a party the next day.She vacuumed all the floors and mopped all the tile areas.In her hurry to finish, she did not get a lot of dusting done, nor wipe down of most areas.I finishied the cleaning left undone just on the first floor. Now there is a new Big Deal from this company offering 3000 square feel of cleaning (and no time frame required) and theservice sounds excellent. I would suggest that those paying for this service get a time frame for the work on 3000 sq. feet of house.

Cindy arrived at my home right on time and got started quickly. She cleaned the showers, toilets, sinks & floors in the bathrooms as well as vacuumed the bedroom, living space & kitchen. She dusted all around and everything looked nice when she was done. For some reason, there was some dirt and hairballs left on the floor in the dining room and living room, perhaps there was a problem with the vacuum. Overall, the house looked clean and I was pleased for the most part.

It went extremely well. I called the owner on a Saturday morning before a reception to be held at our house the following Monday afternoon. The owner made herself available (not a crew, but HER) to meet this requirement. She showed up at 9:00 am (as arranged), and immediately got to work. She completed her work at noon, and the quality of the work was very high.

Well this is the weird thing I checked your listing, I had four different people that came out to give me an estimate and one was from Done Right cleaning. She gave me a price, two weeks later we set up a time for her to come out to clean. She came in evidently got frustrated, did not clean anything and literately left. Left me a note, she did not take my check I will give her credit for that. She did not take my check. But she left a note saying that "I under priced this, It goanna take me much more time then I had anticipated". And then walked out. I would not recommend her either.

Description of Work: No service was performed. Cindy stopped by Wednesday the 16th to give us an estimate. After arriving at a price, she said that she could start the next day. The next day Cindy called and said she could not make it, but that she could come next Wednesday, the 23rd. I had no choice but to say okay as Thanksgiving was next thursday, and did not have the time to search for someone else. Well, today is Wednesday afternoon, the 23rd, and Cindy never showed and didn't even call to let me know. Tomorrow is Thanksgiving, and with all the cooking we have to do, the cleaning will not get done. I think it is inexcusible that this women could not even call us. She doesn't even have any remorse for the position she has left us in. What kind of a thoughtless human being would do such a thing???

Used this service for two weeks, always willing to give someone a 2 chance. We had hope to have a weekly service but not with this provider. She was on the cell phone numerous times with either personal calls or making appointments with other clients. At one point, she stopped cleaning in order to go to her car to look at her calendar and discuss her services with a new caller instead of letting them just leave a message on her phone or telling them she would return their call after she finished with her current client. I was expecting company so I had already washed the bed linen, so I ask her to make up the bed and put the bedspread on the bed along with the pillows. She put on the sheets, put the pillows on and she then folded the bedspread and just placed it at the foot of the bed. Half done, but the phone rang and she didn't finish! I didn't realize it till after she was gone. Also, while she was cleaning the bathrooms, I loaded the dishwasher and had everything put away expect for the dishes too large or no room for the dishwasher, I left those in the sink. (*maybe 4 or 5 pieces, crockpot, large bowls, glassvase) She wiped the counters, took the dishes from the sink, CLEANED the sink, then put the dirty dishes back and just left them. She didn't mope the kitchen or take out the trash. I was busy working on paperwork and didn't notice again, till after she was gone, oh, she didn't stay the whole time due to she had to pick up a cat at the vet at a certain time, even though she was paid just like the week before. Late the first time and left early before everything was done the second visit. She is a friendly person but has too much distractions for this job. I will continue to look for a weekly service and hope to find on soon here on Angielist.

Cindy came into a unique situation since my daughter's family of 6 (4 children and one on the way) had just moved in with my husband and me. We were over our heads in trying to clean and organize for so many people and so much stuff! Cindy came in, looked over the situation, rolled up her sleeves, and took on the overwhelming task! My family is so pleased with her, and are grateful that she will be coming back weekly to keep our place organized and livable. Ours is a "never-ending job" and she was up to the challenge!

Cihdy mopped kitchens and bathrooms, vacuumed, dusted from floor to ceiling, cleaned ceiling fans, emptied trash, cleaned hardwood floors and vacuumed carpets. She cleaned the microwave and stove and all cabinets and doors. She uses fantastic cleaning supplies and the hardwoods look amazing.
Description of Work: I called Cindy for an estimate on my house and my Mother's house and she showed up exactly when she said she would. She gave us both an estimate and we both hired her to clean our homes. She arrived at my mother's home right on time and did an excellent job. My mother was extremely pleased and she plans to have Cindy clean again for her. Cindy next came to my home and when she left, it was spotless and smelled wonderful! My hardwood floors have never looked so good! Cindy is a very hard worker and I would not hesitate to recommend her to my friends. I plan on having her clean our house on a monthly basis.

We were moving my father-in-law out of his house, so we emptied it out, and she cleaned the whole house for us. She did a very good job in 95-degree weather without air conditioning. We would rate her highly, and we plan on using her again when we move back into the house.

When I called Cindy, she was very responsive and told me what her availability was. She then made a follow-up call and we scheduled a cleaning time. She was very efficient. My husband was home and she was very friendly and professional. She loved our dogs which is always a plus. Please see above. Cindy did a superb job in less time that I expected. I highly recommend her.
Description of Work: We have been out of town for some time and I found Cindy of Done Right Cleaning Service on Angie's list to do housecleaning for us. I contacted her by phone and came out to give me an estimate the same day. I explained our situation and that we wanted the entire house cleaned/dusted etc. Scheduled a date and she arrived at the scheduled time. She appears to be very efficient and did a superb job. She is professional and friendly. Will try to set up a regular cleaning service with her in the future.
