+ -1 moreCindy has been cleaning our house since June of 2012. She comes every two weeks as we have scheduled. She is usually punctual. She is great to change dates and times when there is an all of a sudden time conflict, likewise with her, she will call in a timely manner to reschedule. Cindy is good to clean things that I've noticed that may have been inadvertently missed. I've read her other reviews and was quite shocked with people's comments. Maybe I'm not as picky, but I always have a clean house when she is through.

They are super efficient and don't waste any time and do a great job of leaving things clean. I highly recommend them and would not hesitate having them again.

+ -1 moreThey were 1 1/2 hours late and hurried to finish to pick up a child from school. I wanted everything done before my family got home- didn't happen. So we had several people in the house while they were trying to finish cleaning. We were getting ready for my daughters wedding that weekend and I was going to have lots of people in the house- family from out of state. I wanted a fresh clean, dust free house. I had to go over a few places later that night that were missed and wondered why if I paid for the cleaning service to start with. We had sooo much to do before the rehearsal dinner, the wedding and just getting the house set up for everyone. I just wanted the house to be clean and be done with it. I felt the job was 3/4 done.

+ -1 moreThis is (as of last use) a single person operation. She has cleaned my 2750'sq house three times. Generally, I have been really pleased. Like all housekeeping services, I find certain people are better at some things than at others. I don't want to give the wrong impression. All work was satisfactory. Done Right's forte is bathrooms, kitchens, vacuuming and removing pet hair from furniture. At these items she excels! Wood floors, and dusting are good to satisfactory. Some of that is our fault as the house is not always as organized as it should be. I like Done Right, and would use her again.
Description of Work: floors, 3 baths, 4 bedrooms, kitchen, dining room, living room, salon. Clean, dust, vacuum/sweep, mop where appropriate, and remove pet hairs.

+ -1 moreI felt like the title "Whole Home Cleaning" was pretty inaccurate. I think they only worked for about 45 minutes - and I have an 1800 sq ft home. The two women were eating breakfast while they worked and smelled of cigarette smoke. We have a really nice vacuum and instead they used a shop vac on my floors.... The bathrooms and kitchens were looking pretty good on the counters and appliances, but that is about it. We had purchased a groupon and I can't imagine how much the full priced service would be, but not worth it for sure. The women were nice, but not what I was expecting in terms of quality and professionalism.

Now that Cindy has been doing a great job for several months, we have "upgraded" to a bi-weekly cleaning. Cindy always arrives promptly on time as prescribed.

+ -1 moreAlthough I had a bit of a time getting through to the company to initially arrange a date for this cleaning, the Done Right Cleaning ladies did a good general house cleaning for me. I appreciated their friendliness and through job. Although it was a little tricky in my family room due to a painting project we were doing, the ladies even cleaned around this project. I was pleased with their on-time arrival, the results of their work, and the amount of time they spent on the job. I plan to have them return.
Description of Work: The Done Right Cleaning Services cleaned my house. All floors were cleaned in a manner appropriate to the type of flooring. Rooms were dusted and counters cleaned. Bathroom fixtures were cleaned as well as mirrors. Even the chandelier amd window blinds were dusted.

She came through for me by arriving a few hrs early and getting the whole house ready for the showing that was scheduled that afternoon. I was delighted! She is very reliable and trustworthy... I continue to use this cleaning service on a regular basis...every two weeks now.

+ -1 moreArrived early due to cancellation of another client. Two people came instead of three that I was told would come. I think however one looked very young and may have been her daughter but did not ask. I left so they could have no interruptions from me or my dogs so I went to the dog park while they cleaned. I was so happy when I came home the house smelled nice and clean and I had a great afternoon at the park. I called and thanked her and told her she had left a cleaning towel of hers on the counter. This is my first house clean by a service. I will definitely do again. My only expectations that were a little short was maybe the cleaning crew might have been mother daughter Instead of employees that are professional cleaners and since the house was a great deal smaller than 3000sq feet maybe a little extra time spent on floors. They really needed it, I don't have any carpet it's all wood floor and tile. The bedroom that is tile needed mopping and maybe dynamite lol. I am glad to have had them out.
Description of Work: 85 dollars for a "One time house cleaning for up to 3000 feet. " They cleaned approx 1000sq feet. Cleaning , dusting ,1 bedroom , living room , two bathrooms and den and laundry room.

+ -1 moreAfter scheduling with Cyndi for the 16th, I needed to change my service date and called her on the 14th. She was very accomodating and easy to deal with. I had just the downstairs of my log house cleaned, which is about 1200 sf, with hardwood and ceramic tile. She and her helper arrived on time and ready to work. Since this was their first time, we did a walk through and I mentioned a couple of specifics. I then went upstairs and let them work in peace. They were efficient and organized, working through each room systematically. The only reason I rated quality as a B is that, although most areas were excellently cleaned, there were a couple of things that were not. I think perhaps Cyndi's helper may need a little more experience and training....the garden tub was immaculate, but the front tub surround was not cleaned. In the kitchen, one section of the counter was not cleaned thought the rest were. The biggest plus for me was the wonderful job they did with hair removal. We have 5 large dogs, so hair is a constant challenge. Cyndi removed not just the obvious hair, but also that under furniture, in corners, under the bed, etc. beautifully. She and her helper worked heads down with no breaks for 2 hours and did a great job for $90.....and that's a bargain. She is very easy to work with and will do what you ask cheerfully. I will definitely call her again.

+ -1 moreI had a little bit of trouble making the initial contact. I emailed twice and got no response. It is best to call. Once I called, I scheduled an appointment. I scheduled for a Saturday, a day she normally does not do but Cindy accommodated my schedule. She realizes that there are working folk with busy schedules. Cindy showed up promptly and went right to work. She started upstairs in our 3300 sq. ft house. She stated up front that she would charge an extra $20 to vacuum the basement as our house was larger than 3000 sq. ft. We agreed to have her do the entire house. She started in the Master bathroom and started on the shower doors. My wife has been trying to clean the soap scum off the glass doors for years but Cindy's use of CLR cleaner and Cindy's heavy scrubbing made the doors shine like new. She dusted, vacuumed, and scrubbed the house from stem to stern. My wife is hard to please but Cindy did places where my wife wouldn't have thought of cleaning. Cindy took about 5-1/2 hours to clean our house by herself. She normally has a partner but the partner was not available. As I said, my wife is hard to please but she was quite pleased with Cindy's work. She would like me to call her back to clean the house at least every month or so. Then my wife would fell like she can keep up with this big house. We were please with the service and will be a repeat customer.
Description of Work: Cleaned a 3300 sq. ft. house. The service included vacuuming, dusting, and cleaning the bathrooms including the toilets, shower and shower doors, and bath tubs. She also scrubbed the sinks and counter tops in the bathrooms and the kitchen.

Description of Work: I bought three hours of cleaning for $99. In the three hours she cleaned the 2 and 1/2 baths, mooped the floors and vacuumed the upstairs and downstairs of a two story, 2 bedroom condo. She was courteous and professional and made good use of her time. She was easy to contact and scheduled a day right away. The house was pretty messy and she did a good job with the dusting and vacuuming.

+ -1 moreee above. I was quite unhappy with this recommended "service"!! I down graded Price because servicee did not equate with what was expected. Suggest that you add a Rating of "Poor". The Quality work done by Ms. Griffin/crew was not necessarily "Bad" but certainly not Fair either.
Description of Work: What a disappointment!!! Ms Griffin arrived about 25 minutes late. Said she incorrectly programmed her GPS. She arrived with a first time helper. I did a brief walk around with her. She apparently took on major chores while helper did (?) baths. After the fact, I noted the following: toilet seat was sticky! Found that out personally! How do you clean the shower without getting anything wet? Marks on the mirror. The literature on the service clearly indicates " Our cleaning includes the following : Exterior of appliances (and inside of small appliances)". We have a toaster and a toaster oven, neither of which was cleaned inside. Spots on back splash. Vacuuming of floors was done but I failed to note that any furniture was vacuumed as mentioned in literature. Unfortunately I am somewhat handicapped so did not do a proper follow up walk around to view completeness of service. However, I did make note that bathroom floor was sticky after the fact. Mr. Griffin wiped it again. After she left, I noted that floor was still sticky. At that point it became obvious that Ms. Griffin and crew was in a hurry to finish. She had noted that she had a number of the promotion people to service. Since we were in the process of getting our home ready for sale I told Ms. Griffin when she arrived that that I was looking for someone to provide continuous cleaning service. She didn't even pause to follow up on this before rushing out the door. At that point, had she asked, i would have told her that she had ceased to be a candidate.

I asked her to concentrate on the rooms that are the most difficult for me - kitchen, large sunroom, laundry, bathrooms and the stairway. They started quickly, worked efficiently and finished cleaning the entire house! I am amazed and very, very pleased.

+ -1 moreWhen the owner and helper arrived we pointed out several places such as floor glue on baseboard and sanding dust on fixtures, etc. When they finished in 2 1/2 hours I was on the phone with a real estate agent. The owner tapped me on the shoulder and said " We are done make sure you do a review on us. When I got off the phone I looked around and they did not get the glue off the baseboard and did a poor job with the sanding dust that we pointed out that needed to be cleaned. We ended up cleaning the glue which came fairly easily and doing the dusting ourselves. Ad said they clean small appliance which I assumed meant the inside of microwaves, toasters, coffee pots etc. None of this was done. Also trash cans were not emptied.
Description of Work: Hired to clean a 1600 square foot house after we had new hardwood floors installed. Ad said they would clean doors, molding, small appliances, etc.
