Description of Work: I bought a special on Angies List, x 2. It was 3 hours of house cleaning for 75.00. I used each special on 2 diff. days. The owner answered my call to book the days very promptly. She was late the first day, arrived alone. She cleaned my master bath and bedroom, gave me an extra 30 mins. because she was late.Do ask questions she didn't clean under the bed as I requested I didn't say anythung as she was coming back the next week. She brought a worker with her the 2nd time . put her time in and left.

Description of Work: Cindy Griffin returned my initial call and set a date to come clean the house...3 hours cleaning for $75...a special MY BID DEALS from Angie's List. She called ahead, was on time, looked over the house, told me what she could do, did it very well and left us sparkling clean. She is a hard worker and doesn't stop until her time is up. She is pleasant and determined in her work. She brought her own supplies although I gave her the supplies I prefer for particular jobs. I'll use her again.

Description of Work: I contacted Cindy for an estimate on cleaning house. We set up a time and she was A NO CALL/NO SHOW. After waiting all day on a Wed!! I had called her numerous times on BOTH numbers to not get an answer. A couple weeks later I tried calling her back (things happen and I give 2nd chances). She had told me that she had sooo much going on. Well, she could of least called me. What has me upset now, is that when I talked to her this last time she told me to e mail her and send my address with the best day to come and again and she would see to it that she calls me back to confirm. GUESS WHAT?? NO CALL BACK, AGAIN!! I'm very glad this worked out the way it did because just think if I hired her,??? Wow. Poor, Poor buisness skills! I have found another housekeeper right here on Angies List.

+ -1 moreWe do not live in Knoxville, but are preparing to sell our house in Knoxville; joined Angie's list to find help preparing the house; chose Cindy, spoke to her on the telephone, made and appointment, drove to Knoxville, let her tell me what she felt needed to be cleaned. She listed everything that we had wanted done. She was very detailed and knowledgable about how to clean all of the areas. She gave us her price. We discussed a time-line and we hired her. We were comfortable enough after one meeting to give her a key to the house and drive back out town. She called with any questions she had and returned our calls promptly. She did everything she promised and to our satisfaction and in the time-frame that we agreeded upon. Very personable, professional, and dependable. We would hire her again in a second.
Description of Work: Totally cleaned a recently vacated house; goal was to prepare it for painting and other repairs for resale. WINDOWS: Cleaned inside and outside of 14 windows, as well as scraping off all old paint by the window panes KITCHEN: cleaned cabinets, inside and out; stove, inside and out; refrigerator, inside and out removing all shelves and drawers, scoured sink, counters, and floor BATH: scoured shower, sink, vanity, and inside drawers, cleaned floor and baseboards LIVING ROOM AND DINING ROOM: Mopped wood paneling, wash globes in overhead chandelier, mopped and glossed hardwood floors, vacuumed out old fireplace BEDROOMS: removed paint spots from hardwood floors, mopped and glossed floors BASEMENT: removed spider webs, swept down concrete floor
