Mark estimated, checked progress and finally inspected all work. All personnel acted professional, were polite and worked diligently the entire job no loafing at any time. Very hard workers.

They did a very good job. They were very professional and businesslike. They came and then e-mailed the quote back to me. They worked around our schedule and did the work without damaging anything in our yard. They did a good job cleaning up afterwards.

PLEASE READ ENTIRE REVIEW Overall, things went well. There were a couple of bumps here and there. However, I specifically decided to go with a local company as opposed to any of the slew of fly-by-night storm chasers that invaded our area after the storm. There were a couple of issues that came up throughout the process; however, when they did the project manager at CRC was very responsive to ensure that anything was addressed. Additionally, I am confident that they will stand behind their work should anything arise in the future. There were a number of things that were addressed and resolved for me that were beyond the scope of the initial estimate that CRC did not have to do. However, in an effort to ensure good customer service they stepped forward and handled it quickly and professionally. Understand, I'm a difficult person to please. I have very high expectations when it comes to people performing work, especially on my home. I do not believe that I could have expected any better work had I gone anywhere else, nor would I select to do so now. I have heard many horror stories about people working with contractors. While there were a couple of issues throughout this process, by no means was it a horror story. Overall, things went fairly smoothly. The issues that did arise were addressed and resolved in a very prompt and timely manner. Overall, I'm very pleased with the results. Our house looks much better than when we started, and everything, came in within the budget that was set forth from the onset. CRC might cost a little more, thus the B rating. However, they stand behind their work. I have a good warranty on the work performed, and since they are local, should something happen in the future I know that they will be here to stand behind that warranty. Too many of the storm chasers are here then gone. When your roof starts leaking you want to know that someone is going to be here to fix it. So, you get what you pay for. Cheaper costs = no warranty/lower quality work. A little higher costs = warranty / quality work. Now with that said, CRC costs were not that much higher than others, and it was still well below the budget for the project, ultimately resulting in some additions that were not originally part of the repairs. Update: A week ago I had siding come off of my house for the third time. They have still not shown up to fix this. I guess once you make final payment you're no longer a concern. Every week that goes by I'm simply going to reduce their rating. While at one time I was going to have them do some other work, that isn't the case anymore.

They were very responsive and professional in all my dealings with them. The crew worked very well together and did a great job. The price quoted in the estimate was exactly what was charged. I am very happy with the work that they performed and would not hesitate to use them again in the future.

CRC Roofs replaced our existing roof which was hail damaged. There price was a little higher than my other quotes, but I selected them on the basis of their reviews on Angies's List and on the fact that they did not sub-contract their work. The latter turned out not to be true, but I was not disappointed with their work. They started one day latter than scheduled due to bad weather, but they showed up early as promised and worked full days. The crew that worked were hard working, no-nonsense workers. They completed the work in two days. Not being in the business, I'm not competent to judge the total quality of their work, but everything to me seemed well done and in a professional manner. They cleaned the site very well. They also sealed and repaired the chimney cap. The chimney had been leaking in heavy rains and now no longer leaks. That's a good thing. A small follow-up item was not done, but it was not in our agreement so I can't complain. The price quoted was exactly what they charged. No surprises. Overall a job well done.

I consider myself an extremely picky person especially when it comes to work on my home, but not only did Mark, Heath, and the rest of the crew deliver to my high standards, they were also very patient with me and were good listeners. They were also very neat, organized, and always cleaned up the job site every day. Mark was fair to work with, and was willing to be flexible and worked within the requirements of my insurance claim. I was delighted Custom Renovations contracted to complete the work within the dollar amount allowed by our insurance company. Crew, foreman and supervisors all clearly worked together smoothly as a team that takes pride in their work and in their company. Especially notable is the way they stayed on the job until it was done, and enough workers were onsite to complete the job quickly. Every worker was pleasant, prompt, courteous. The way everyone pitched in to clean up at the end of every day was noteworthy and refreshing. All workers were pleasant, friendly and courteous. Although this is a crew that knows what to do and how to do it, the job supervisor was onsite and he too worked as part of the team. Custom Renovations Company and its offspring, CRC Roofing, are remarkable in their pride in "doing the job right", customer satisfaction and enthusiastic willingness to go above and beyond what's required. We were totally satisfied with Custom Renovations Company and would certainly use them again. We highly recommend CRC.

Heath and guys were tremendous. Heath was very professional, prompt, and did exactly what he proposed. He was not overtly interested in getting every penny. Rather, he seemed determined to make sure the job was done completely with quality. Also, Heath provided excellent advice that would get me the most bang for my buck. The entire team was professional and courteous. I really believe they took pride in their work.

In my view job performance could not have been better. Work started on time and the crew showed up on time and worked with dispatch until finished. Crew was totally professional. Supervision was excellent. Crew and supervisors were pleasant, accommodating and clearly determined to do the best possible job. Plants were well protected and suffered no damage. Clean up was thorough at the end of each day's work. And something one really wants is the full addressing of issues arising when something goes wrong. In our case, the night following the completion of the roof, the area was drenched by torrential rain driven by strong side winds. Since the roof shingles had not had time to settle and bond, we awoke to the sound of rain pouring down the walls of several rooms and closets. It was a Saturday morning. In a panic I called the company and was delighted to hear an emergency call number on their answering voice mail. I called and left a message, frankly worried no one would get it. However within minutes, I heard back from the job manager. Within a half hour both he and the foreman were here surveying and documenting the damages. They promised to clean and paint all walls and ceilings affected and even pointed out that some damage might not be apparent until some days had passed. They clearly aimed for total customer satisfaction, going above and beyond contracted work. For example, although it was not on the contract, they replaced gutters as well for no extra charge. Following the completion of the work done by their sister company, CRC Renovations (which see), they painted all walls and ceilings affected. I cannot praise highly enough CRC Roofing: Competent, friendly, totally professional. A delight to work with.

I did some research about these windows and found out that CRS Exteriors is the official dealer and installer for Marvin Infinity windows in my area.. I called them and they came over with a sample window. They showed me exactly how it worked and explained how the windows were made. It was a free estimate and there was no "hard sell". The salesman told the time to outline the steps involved from ordering the windows to installation. Each window is custom made for the window it will be replacing. When the windows were received, they set up the date and time for installation. They arrived on time, had all the equipment necessary to do the job, cleaned all the windows after they installed them, and cleaned up the job site. The job went exactly as they said it would when they gave the original estimate. I would definately rehire them . The entire crew and the owners were all great to work with and I love my new windows.

He was prompt when he came. He seemed very nice and knowledgeable. They gave us a quote in 2011 on several things in addition to the sheetrock because I think he has a company that did all phases of finishing a room, tram, plumbing, and all that kind of stuff but the price was astronomical. We felt that it was a bit high. This is a bonus room that I and my husband are doing part of the work on, so we are just contracting out bits and pieces of it. He was fine but we were not interested in all the services that he offered and his sheetrock quote was higher than the one we went with. He certainly would have done a good job. He did show up, he showed up when he said he would, he gave us a very comprehensive estimate for several aspects of the job but we chose to go with someone else that we got a personal recommendation from someone we knew.

Overall it went very well. I found them to be eager to please and agreeable. They did the work while I was gone at work and when I got home you would never even know they had been there (meaning they did excellent at cleaning up the job site). The overall job was very nice. There was one particularly badly rotted piece of soffitt that I wanted them to replace, and upon inspection the next morning found that they had grouted it instead. When i called Glen and asked that they replace that section instead, he did correct the problem within a couple days. I did have to be quite patient in getting the work started since they missed their estimated start date, but they explained that they were VERY busy still, and I really had no reason for immediacy. Their price quote was very reasonable so I thought they would get to the job as soon as they possibly could. As far as the Leaf Relief gutter covering system, that jury is still out on how effective the product is. Most of the other cover systems I investigated were quite a bit more expensive. Mark did say they would put up anything I wanted to buy, that the Leaf Relief was simply their main product. He also explained that they had only one years' experience with it, and in that time have not had any complaints.

I needed two roof vent pipe boots replaced and an askew shingle looked into. I called the main number and was told someone would get back with me in a day or so. After a few days with no one returning my call I called back and was told someone (Heath) would call me back. I finally spoke with the estimator and obtained a quote based over the phone. The telephone tag was a bit frustrationg, but once we connected everything went well. We set a date and time, and they showed up on schedule. The charge was per the quote. I could not obtain a quote or call back from any other local roofing companies recommended on AngiesList besides Custom Renovations - it was the usual response "I'm sorry, we are sooooooooo busy". I will likely let this company bid on some other remodeling work I am considering.

I used the team at CRC Roofs last December for some major roofing work I needed done. The team at CRC Roofs was able to complete the job in a very timely and efficient manner. I would use the guys over at CRC Roofs again in the future.

It's been a while but I remember they cleaned up their mess, took pictures for me and did what they said they would do.

They do fantastic work and their quality is top notch. They are hard to book because they are so in high demand and we have not regretted using them. We are extremely happy with their work.

.I have no dislikes with them. It took a couple of weeks to get them out I believe, but other than that no troubles. Once they said they were going to be there they were there. I believe the work was done in a days time. They were quick.

I was an insurance job. We had very severe hail in the area in the area, and we had a leak. We qualified for a new roof under State Farm's insurance. They came out and gave me an estimate. I hired them, and they came and stayed on the job until it was finished. They meticulously cleaned up when they were done.
