Description of Work: I was able to get an appointment pretty quickly. The technician showed up on time, qucikly identifed the problem with my air conditioner, replaced the faulty capacitor, and was gone all within 25 minutes. I even made it to work on time!

Description of Work: Heating system was not working and in November, house was very cold. They came the day I called and returned later again in the afternoon to install the appropriate part. The serviceman was very nice and I felt the information they gave us was honest and reliable. We have used this company for many years and will continue to do so. In the past, they have |also installed a new AC unit and we have never had a moments problem with it!

Description of Work: We had two new Carrier units installed at our home. The delivery and installation were on time and done professionally. I have been using them for PM service twice a year since and have had great success with the systems. Also the cost of our utilities have decreased enough to cover the cost of the contract.
