Description of Work: They installed a new package American Standard unit. Randy and his installers are very professional, easy to deal with and friendly. Randy is man of his word and his installers, Sam & Jonas were prompt and did a top notch installation! They took away old unit and cleaned up behind them selves. I couldn't ask for better! Thank you Cantrells!

Description of Work: I didn't end up buying from Mr. Cantrell this time, my particular financial and living situation (going to sell this house soon) it didn't make financial sense, but not by a wide margin. His prices were very reasonable and competitive, and had I not planned on leaving this house in the near future I probably would've bought a better piece of equipment from him. However, I had to write a review about the man's honesty. He helped me think through my situation and decide on a competing bid that he thought was best suited to my situation. I'm sorry, but that just doesn't happen too much. He didn't ask me to write a review on here, but I wanted to do so because I was so impressed with his honesty and professionalism. When alot of folks who are trying to sell you something figure out that they are not going to be able to do so, they dump you as soon as possible. Not so here, he was very helpful and I am very grateful.

Description of Work: I called as my electric heat pump was working and blowing air but kinda cold to warm air. Jeff looked at heat pump and was 1 pound low on R-22. He also checked the inside furnace to make sure it was working properly. I was told on phone labor is $98 per hour. I hired someone in Nov, 2014 and they cleaned the inside and outside coils and was told it needs to be above 50 degrees to see if I need feon. As I have an electric heap pump I was told there is a valve and you can check in the winter. I would rather paid and get a seasoned professional than someone who is inexperience and new to the field.

Description of Work: Cantrells, where really good at what they do. Randy always responded to my calls in a timely manner. Only drawback, he was unable to be here during the work in order to over see. However, the problems I had were minor such as trash left in the yard & some caulking that need to be done inside the garage as soon as iI called him, he came out & took care of it right away. Im embarrassed to say I don't remember what the cost was. However, we had a complete new heating & air unit put in. (The one, our builders put in was not the correct size for our square footage) we needed a spilt unit, 1 for up & 1 for down stairs. It is amazing at the difference in the feel of our house. I believe over time it will eventually pay for itself, due to the fact our old one would have to run constantly & still didn't provide a good temperature. Now we have a control over up & down temp. We had gotten 3 estimates & his along with warranty was far better than others.

Description of Work: Called Cantrell to perform a routine Spring maintenance. Other than a mix up on the time, we were very impressed with them. They adjusted the cost for the later arrival. We would definitely use them again.
