I emailed Cantrell to set up an appointment to have my A/C system looked at. The fan was running and blowing air, but the A/C unit sounded a little different, and the air was not getting cool. They responded pretty quickly and set an appointment for the following Monday. I had requested Sunday, but they couldn't do it on a Sunday. However, they came first thing Monday morning and got my system running correctly. The very friendly service technician found that the starting capacitor on the compressor was bad. He fixed it and it has been working fine since. I was happy that it was such an easy, inexpensive fix.

They were exceptionally neat and brought in canvas rolls to cover everywhere they walked. Then when they pulled the old unit out, they were very careful and made sure that they didn't make a mess. We haven't had any problems with the air conditioner, that they installed, and it seems to be working fine. I thought that their pricing was in the ball park of their competitors and I would use them again.

The service tech from Cantrell's came promptly - even calling me 15 minutes ahead so that I could meet him at our house and not have to miss so much work. He checked everything and quickly found that only a small adjustment was needed to the vacuum line to get it back up and running well. He showed me what to look for and how to fix it incase it happens again. Very curteous and professional.

I got the name of this company from Angie's List. They were wonderful- came out the same day, discounted $5 for senior discount, fixed whatever was wrong. They only charged for their $65 service charge (minus my discount).

Arrived on time, diagnosed problem and replaced part in a very timely manner. He was finished in a couple of hours.

They were higher than the rest. So, I didn?t use them. The quote was for $10000. I got a better deal with another company, which is doing the work for $8400. They were prompt. They were dressed appropriately. They were very thorough. They went through everything. They discussed everything with me. The price was given fairly quickly. I didn?t get the opportunity to discuss the price. They were going to replace everything. I would recommend them to others, but I would suggest that you be very thorough in what you expect upfront. I would suggest you do your homework. I will use them again for another quote in the future.

Cantrell's installed my heating unit in 2007 and have been back several times over the years for maintenance and repairs. They are always friendly, responsive, punctual and professional. Everyone I've interacted with has been great. I recommend Cantrell's without reservation.

I am not quite sure about the price since my husband did it over the phone. He was the one who interacted with them when they were here. We haven?t had any problems with our units since they did the work. They were fine. They came out and got the work done quickly. They responded quickly as well and that was nice. The quality is good so far. I don?t think there was anything to regard them as non professional. We would definitely use their services in the future too.

These guys are always very friendly and their pricing is very competitive. In the middle of the summer, when everyone needs service, they get a little backed up but in this case, we called in the morning and they were at the house within 4 hours.

I paid around $4500 for the units. They worked with me on the price. They had a good price. I wasn?t happy with something regarding the installation; there was an adjustment required. They came right out and took care of it, without me being around. I will hire them again in the future.

Thus far, it has been positive. Out of four different companies that responded they gave us the lowest price. They are pretty reasonable and easy to work with.

I received several estimates from several different companies and I was very surprised at the difference in price. They had a very competitive price and I was pleased with the work they did. They got the job done in a timely manner and everything works properly. Overall, I thought they did a good job.

We were very happy with the way this worked out. We had seen their ads, but have never actually hired them before. The entire crew was polite, hard working as well as keeping the house in order during the job. The entire project was finished in about six hours. We have not had any problems since installation.

We started having them clean on an annual basis about five years ago. The technician was honest with us, stating that it was probably not necessary to do it that often, but we wanted it done anyway. It is done slowly and methodically with long brushes and the related cleaning chemicals. It takes a couple of hours and the system seems to run smoother after this is done. We are probably being paranoid, but with all the air born bacteria floating around, we figure it is better to be safe than sorry.
