Description of Work: Cleaning of all carpets in the house. They were very efficient and professional and worked to give us the best price for the job.

Description of Work: Our furnace blower kept running (even after we turned the unit off) & it would not get warm. Ann answereed the phone - she was very pleasant & professional. She listened to the problem & suggested Jeff call us to see if a service call might be needed. He immediately called & we discussed the problem - we decided he needed to look at our furnace. I spoke again with Ann again - she was able to arrange his schedule for him to be at our home in about an hour. She also explained that a service call was $79 but if we would like, they had a special one year maintenance program for $109. This covered todays service call & would cover a Fall inspection & cleaning. The price was reasonable so decided to do this. He arrived on time & was polite & professional. He checked & cleaned our unit & it was working in no time. He gave us several suggestions on our unit & told us about the TVA Energy Audit program. We also discussed other was to save on energy costs. The total cost was the $109.00. Aire Serv installed this furnace in 2008 & were the most competitive bid & did an excellent job on the install. We will definately use this company again!
