Description of Work: We were in a pinch for time after doing some renovations and hadn't realized the carpets and furniture needing deep cleaning prior to some guests arriving. We called Advanced Carpet Cleaning, they were there in about 2 hours and saved the day !!! They cleaned everything we asked and then some extra stuff too without any extra charge. They were very professional and did a fabulous job. Will use them again.

Description of Work: Cleaned 2 bedroom carpets and 1 hallway. |representative was on time and performed the work with great care and profesionalism. He was able to clean up the stains we were concerned with and kept to the time frame agreed upon.

Description of Work: The general cleaning was good, however, he did not move any furniture and clean. We had removed all pictures, lamps, etc. so he could move and clean. (all carpet cleaners in the past moved small items to clean. We also had three upholstered items cleaned. He did not clean the associated throw pillows, nor did he clean the the arm covers. (all cleaners in the past have cleaned these items). I would use Advanced again with the understanding that these things mentioned be done. I would not recommend them to friends or family!

Description of Work: We just moved into our home and were on a time crunch to get the carpets cleaned since we didn't have time to change them out. John came and did a fantastic job and was able to schedule it within a couple of days from the time I called. He did a thorough job - the bedrooms, bonus room and basement (with stairs) all needed some major attention. I think it took a little longer because it was one person and the rooms were all fairly large. There's also the "thorough" factor! I will definitely be calling on them again for any carpet and upholstery cleaning in the future. We're also javing John come out to clean out HVAC ducts once I make the call this week. I'm sure I won't have to wait long to have it done.

 + -1 moreI called several companies to compare prices and Advanced beat everyone. I hadn't heard of the company before but I decided to give them a try. They did a fantastic job and made my five year old carpet look brand new! They came early and the owner came back later to check the job. I am very pleased with Advanced Carpet and would recommend them to anyone I know!
Description of Work: Advanced carpet cleaned my entire 2,300 sq. ft. home, including the stairs and closets.

 + -1 moreThey showed up as scheduled, in fact they even made a courtesy call before showing up, which was a really good thing to do. They were respectful and they did an awesome job with the floors. It was such a fresh scent to our home.
