Very dirty living and dining room with pet stains and odor. I got same day service, They took their time and were very professional. 2 weeks later, no stains came back. I will def use them again.

I'm very happy with them. They were polite, on time, courteous and they did the job. It was okay, it was good.

They are extremely reasonably priced and have friendly staff compared to their competitors. They answer the phones unlike the competitors. I could not get a hold of other six companies I tried to call. They explained everything to me; what they will do and charge. They had 'A' ratings with Angie's List. They came quickly and on time. They called before they came.

I needed a few areas cleaned and some traffic areas in other rooms cleaned as well as a stairway. Carpet had been cleaned a couple of years ago and was still very clean except in these few areas. Advanced had an Angie's List special and a schedule opening immediately as I needed it. I negotiated to get the few traffic areas cleaned without cleaning the whole rooms and causing me to have an excessively large bill. When technician arrived I discussed the areas with him to ensure the negotiation was reasonable. He agreed and began work. Very nice young man, friendly, and careful to put guards around corners so hose wouldn't damage my freshly painted walls, doors, and trim. He immediately had problems with the brand new truck-mounted machine not generating the steam/hot water properly. He called the owner who came right over and found a blown fuse. A quick trip to the hardware store a mile away and they had everything working properly. Did a great job except for one area where there were some small ground-in stains. He had pre-treated these areas but the stains didn't come out and were visible the next day as the carpet dried. I had some aerosol carpet cleaner that I sprayed and rubbed that got most of the stain out; followed up with dish detergent and scrubbing that got them out the rest of the way.. Gave a B mark for quality just because they didn't make a follow-up call to find out how things turned out. Stuff happens, I would not mark down their score for their new equipment issues. It didn't cause me any problem for additional time that day. They called for support who immediately drove to my house and debugged and repaired the broken equipment. Extra credit for going the extra mile to get my job done without needing to reschedule (which wold have been a problem).

I purchased an Angie's List Big Deal for this service and it was great. It the process of cleaning the grout they deposited some residue on the tile. We did not know this until the tile had dried. They came back out and went over it all again two or three weeks later. They did not charge us anything this time. They were excellent all the way through.

Got most stains out and refreshed old carpeting. Owner and assistant professional and personable. I've tried several other companies over the years and Advanced does the best job for the money. I won't use anyone else.

I called Jon and got an appointment for the next day. I moved furniture before they arrived. Jon did advise oriental carpet 8x10 .50 per sq ft and any one area is over 300 sq. ft will be considered 2 areas. Jon and Assistant Ryan were very professional. The rugs & furniture look brand new. I wanted to add Jon gave me an addition $30.00 discount, because I I belong to Angie's List, and was a first time Customer! I liked that there was not a chemical smell . I will call him again. I hope you will call him too.

I have been using their services for over five years. Their prices are reasonable and in line with others. If the job they are working on before my appointment runs over, they call and let me know. They have always done a good job for me.

It had been a year since my carpets were last cleaned, and there were several areas with marks and stains After the cleaning all the problem areas were taken care of, and the carpets everywhere look very good. Jon had cleaned the carpets the year before, and I was pleased with the work then, also.

Jon called to let me know they were on the way and arrived when he said they would. He and his associate worked very efficiently and did a great job. I will definitely use them again.

they came within 5 minutes of the contracted time and did the job. I removed most of the furniture in advance, so the job did not include much of furniture moving (except for a few couches that they moved from one place to another too be able to clean under them). The carpets, which were quite heavily soiled before, look clean now. I am happy with the job done.

Jon was a delight to be in our home. He and his helper did an excellent job. The carpets had not been cleaned for a long time because of an bad experience with a carpet cleaner. Jon has over come that feeling completely. He owns the company and takes pride in his work. I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone.

The service went very well. The technician was a wonderful young man and did a great job. Once he got here, he offered to do some other cleaning for me at an incredibly minimal price. He told me to call him if any spots re-surface and I was very pleased with him!

They were able to get out stains from pets and children from previous renters. The carpet looked great when they were done! The price was very reasonable. I plan on using them for all my carpet cleaning needs in the future.

The cleaners arrived and were friendly and very professional. They were quick to set up their equipment and went right to work. I had already explained what they were to do in advance (I manage the household for the owner), and when the owner began asking them to do some things differently (e.g., do one part but not the entire living room), the couple listened politely and then recommended the entire room be cleaned and gave the reasons why. In the end, all rooms were completely steam-cleaned. I am embarrassed now that I have forgotten their names, but when the cleaners applied a pre-treatment spray prior to the actual cleaning, they informed us of it, and explained that we should take great care when walking on it and then walking on a solid surface like wood or other smooth flooring, as it would be very slick. We were very grateful for that information, as it was indeed extremely slippery to walk from the den into the kitchen, with its linoleum floor. The couple spent extra time working on heavily stained areas until they had steamed them so that any stain was nearly gone. The off-white carpet, which had been badly stained with dirt on the stairs and in heavily-trafficked areas, came out beautifully! There were little remaining dark areas, and in most areas the carpet looked brand new! We could not have been more pleased with the service we received, or our interactions with the couple who carried out the work. I was disappointed when the job was done, because when I had made the apointment, I had told the scheduler that I also wanted them to come to my house to clean 2 Oriental rugs after the first house was completed. The woman did not ask me if they were wool carpets, but did ask if they'd been steam-cleaned before (yes). When done with the first job, I got ready to drive to my house. The cleaners asked if my carpets were wool, and when I said yes, they said that they could not clean them unless the machine was cool. Since they had just completed a job, the machine was not cool ,and they said they would call me back sometime later when they were in the area and their machine was cool. I was very disappointed to hear this, particularly when this let-down could have been prevented by having the scheduler put my job first and the large job second. Still, I would recommend this company to anyone!
