In all of our contacts with this company, they were prompt, professional, performed the work to our satisfaction, and kept costs within their estimates. In one case when they found the existing lights were not installed according to present code, they told us about it and then corrected the problem so the new lights could go in. We couldn't have been happier that we hired Ace Electric for these jobs.

The workers came out on the day & at the time scheduled. I was told the brace on the outside of the roof had been bent in and the vent blades had bound up against it. It was thought a tree branch had blown across the roof, or a squirrel had hit the brace, which caused it to bend. Although neither of those ideas made any sense (if it had been a branch, the branch would have landed on the ground near the house - no branch had fallen; if it had been a squirrel, why was the brace made so weak, especially in an outdoor application?), the vent now works. Because it was early in the morning & the attic did not have time to heat up to the 90 degrees required for the vent to start, the lucky guy in the attic lowered the set temperature, to test that the vent would run - it did. Temperature was reset & it has been running as designed every since. Very clean, polite guys. Brought their booties & cleaned up the insulation that had stuck to their clothing.

Ace responded immediately to my emergency electric system damage. ?I called just before their 7:30 am?opening hour and they were onsite with?a repair team to fix the dangerous power supply problem in an hour. ?I am so appreciative because the 220v supply wires had stretched, broken, and melted in the junction box on the side of the house. ?This was so dangerous that the TVA utility emergency responder had disconnected the power at the street hours earlier. ?We were worried about personal safety and fire hazards. ?Understandably, we are very grateful?that Ace came right out to repair the problem and help restore power for another hot Tennessee day.

The load center for our heat pump shorted out and left us without heat. We called Ace and within three hours they had replaced the load center and we were warm again. Great service!

Our oven got overheated and started beeping non stop. We tried turning off the breakers one by one but none was connected to the oven. After making several calls, ACE Electric was the only one who responded our call and Rick was kind enough to come and fixed it on the Thanksgiving day. He located the breaker which was not labeled and successfully stopped the beeping. He also changed the breaker from 50 amp to 30 amp. We can't thank him enough for willing to take time on the holiday to help us. He saved our Thanksgiving day!

We had already moved to a new house and were trying to sell our old one. A home inspection resulted in our needing to replace the electrical service panel for the home. I had an Angie's List $1500 deal for such work, so I contacted Ace. One of the Ace electricians came and did an estimate for me. The special Angie's List deal was fine, but it turned out that I had to do some extra work, and this was not the fault of Ace. We had a hot tub at this home and I had wired it in myself. While I still feel that it was perfectly safe, the way that I did it did not meet electrical code. So Ace explained to me that they (or any licensed electrician) would have to correct this in order to replace the panel. So this added to my cost. Again, this was my own fault. The people at Ace were very knowledgeable, friendly and professional. They did this job very quickly for me because we were in the midst of a deal to close on the house. I was very impressed with their work.

Hired through Home Depot. Very professional, punctual, and efficient. Will definitely hire again for other electrical needs.

The service was fine, and they did a good job. He was professional, he was very helpful, and it was a very quick job for him to do. The price was less than I thought it would be. He did a very good job.

For the estimate, Mr. Don H. Ogle, Sr., senior arrived on time. Mr. Ogle is very honest and up front re: what needs to be done over and above the Angie's List deal. Due to the age of the existing meter base and hub, strap and lag bolt, and weather head, these were items were an additional insignificant charge, when compared to what could have happened if I had not contacted a knowledgeable professional electrician. Ahead of the job's schedule, Mr. Ogle gave me instructions to call KUB (utility company) for the electrical disconnect and for KUB to return the day of install to remove the meter seal. KUB did come out the same day as I placed the order to remove the meter seal; however, that was where the cooperation with KUB ended. I did speak to the KUB representative at the time the meter seal was removed. He said it's not their responsibility to disconnect the electrical supply. On the day of install, I gave all this information to Mr. Ogle's two representatives. The senior person on the job made a phone call to KUB, while at my door. The words flew, with Mr. Ogle's representative finally telling KUB, "OK, I'll just have to do it myself." The day before install, Mr. Ogle did pull the permit, as required. At certain times, during the install, Mr. Ogle's representative did have to call the City's electrical inspector, for a release of the work to date. Each time, the work had passed inspection. The inspector assured me that I had the very best folks to do the job, as they had been doing business with the City for many, many years. Near the end of the install, KUB was called to reconnect the electrical power to the new weather head. There was no problem with this. Both of Mr. Ogle's representatives worked hard to get all the breakers labeled, by using a "sniffer." Fascinating tool! My house was built in the 1970s and had never had any identification of the breakers. What a treat! Throughout the entire process, prior to the job's beginning, Mr. Ogle kept in constant touch by email (keeping me "in the loop"). It was a pleasure doing business with a professional.

We moved in to an older home and needed a new electrical panel installed and a few odds and ends fixed from the inspection report. We got bids from three companies and chose Ace based on service and price. We were very pleased with the finished work. We've already bid out some other projects to them for in the future.

The work was postponed several times because of weather but got done finally and all in one day. It was great service. And since I wasn't home, they let me mail a check. Also, he helped me find a wood guy who searched hard to find the same poplar siding which had to be replaced.

This was my second experience with Ace and this one went as well as the first. It involved removal of an existing chandelier in a two-story foyer, capping that electric box and installation of a new box and support in the ceiling. The fan also has a switch that is proprietary to Casablanca. It wires and controls the fan differently than your typical Lower's or Home Depot fan. As is often the case, what should have been straight forward electric work turned out not to be. The electricians were on-time and as professional and courteous as the first time I used them. They were able to figure out the wiring in my older home and do a great job of installing the fan. My wife and I are delighted.

They have been excellent every time they have been asked. I've used them in fact three times recently. There was a problem in the fuse box and I lost power in a section of the house. It actually happened late in the evening and I was gonna have them come out and the guy suggested that if you can live with it so in the morning we will get you first. I guess the owner and he say it that if we come out then it will be an emergency aside from that which I really at that time hadn't really thought a lot about it but in what they did they actually call me about 7 the next morning and they were here by 8:30 so they look around and were able to get here. I thought about it so. I did have the refrigerator freezer on that circuit but we were able to put them in other outlets and so we were okay there but he suggested that if you live with it I would probably pay $280 for them to come out and do the same job. A lot of companies don’t do that for you. Yes, I actually that's all I use when I have problem with electrical. I went through a lot of different people around me here and sometimes it’s hard to find the just the right one.

This was a "Big Deal", replacement of the service panel for $1,259. The additional cost was for necessary work that was not included in the standard installation. I am absolutely delighted with the work performed, the responsiveness, the professionalism...just the whole experience exceeded my expectations. The estimator did what he said he would do, when he said he would do it. Communication was outstanding. The two-man crew arrived actually a little early. They were pleasant, put up with me incessant questions (I like to learn something when I can) and clearly knew exactly what they were doing. There may be less expensive electric service companies around. I can assure you, based at least on this experience, you will not find a better one. I just scheduled another electric job with them and I expect I will be delighted once again.

Both young men answered my questions, were dressed neat, well groomed. They were a pleasure to be around; furthermore, did an excellent job on install as I thought there would be an issue with the vinyl siding, but turned out to be the same size. I would call ACE Electric again.

It was fine. I wasn't here the whole time. They were very good. They were very polite and nice. They knew what they were doing. They have gotten everything taken cared of the way it needed to be done. They came and looked at it and the next Friday they put it in. My husband said that it the the cost was worth it.

The two young men were punctual, clean, professional in every way. It took them 6 to 8 hours to do the job, and they DID a fantastic job indeed. *This is why I will no doubt use Ace Electric again. Rick and another employee did the electrical work at my house. He arrived on time at my house. Rick is very professional and is a great electrician. He is very respectful of your home the entire time he is there. He was in the attic and crawl space. The previous owners had did some strange things electrically to the home when they added the new HVAC system. I was concerned about that and had this company make it right. I had a home in Kentucky burn down years ago, so I am very careful on my home's electric.
