Ace Electric Service Co LLC

I love Ace! This is a 1950s house with one of those low voltage switching systems that is failing. Other electricians would insist that the house had to be completely rewired in 8 rooms, which would be tens of thousands of dollars. I found Ace and asked them to help us avoid the rewiring, and bypass the switching system. They installed new wireless switches and in-line receivers to control all the overhead lights in 8 rooms. It worked perfectly and at a very small fraction of what rewiring would have cost. Chad and his crew were very prompt and professional, knowledgeable and service-oriented. Everyone that I dealt with in the office, from scheduling to billing, was great as well. On top of all that, I was way out of town and had to coordinate all the appointments and even some of the work remotely. Highest recommendation.

It took a month of calling to get someone to come to our house and go through what we needed. The guy who finally came said that we would hear back in about a week with a quote, and an estimate of when they could schedule service. After two weeks not receiving any call, we decided to go with someone else. Their electrical service might be amazing, but since they don't follow through with communication, I'll never know.

They are very knowledgeable and seem to be able to complete the job that we talked about. We are just waiting on numbers before we hire them. So far, we are very satisfied.

After 1st electrical co came out and said everything was ok but charged for a "professional evaluation" not a free esstimate, Ace Electric came out checked panel and wh,installed a new switch on water heater that would automatically trigger panel switch to turn off if it overheats again enough to cause fire.Both companies also said I had a leak coming from pipe directly above water heater. Not sure if I want to call Hiller Plumbing back or go with a handyman to fix.

They were prompt, professional, quick, neat, cleaned up after themselves, and the price was reasonable. I would not hesitate to call ACE for future electrical work

Two electricians ( Chad and Jason) came to do the work . They were very punctual and professional. They answered my questions and cleaned up everything. Work was completed quicker than I had anticipated. Everything works great. I was very pleased with the work they did. On a side note Chad noticed I had some Termite damage under my house which I am grateful for because I would not have noticed it until it was major damage. I immediately called a local pest control company and they verified there was active termites. So I contracted them to take care of the problem. Again thanks to Chad for noticing the termites and letting me know. Luckily it was only minor damage at this time. Caught it early!!

Charles and Kevin did an amazing job. Were there right on time, unboxed my new microwave, fixed the venting, adjusted my shelf and it was AWESOME!

I posted on Angie's list that I needed a whole-house surge arrester installed. I was contacted by Ace Electric Service Co LLC, saying they were interested in the job. The asked me to email them a photo of my electric panel, which I did. I spoke to the owner of the company, he said he would do the job, and he would draw up a proposal. I never heard from them again.

They were prompt, professional and apparently thorough. All electrical systems are fine.

They took care of both problems efficiently and pretty quickly.

They're a good company. They're skilled and experienced, otherwise, I wouldn't bother using them! Matt is one of their supervisors, and he does an excellent job of scheduling the service when I need it!

Exceptionally good service. Quick scheduling date, friendly and high quality work. I forgot to tell them I wanted the ceiling fan flush mount so it was installed with the drop rod. When I mentioned this after the fact, they uninstalled and reinstalled flush mount in just a few minutes. I would highly recommend Ace Electric, and will hire them again if I ever need further electrical work done.

We spoke directly with RIck before and during both jobs. He was very knowledgeable, professional, and willing to explain options and answer question, so that we felt he was someone we wanted to work with. He and his workers were prompt in showing up to the jobs and did exactly what we expected and wanted. Everyone we met from this company was polite and respectful, and they interacted well with the construction workers who were also on site at times. Contracts were detailed and followed exactly. I should add that the costs quoted to us from Ace were well below estimates we got from several other sources. They do wonderful work, the results look great, and everything functions perfectly. For one follow-up question we had about the transformer and timer, they came back to be sure it worked as it should and we understood it all. It all looks great!
