Description of Work: Foundation support. Work was done through my contractor so I did not pay directly. However, I had foundation support work done by B-Dry in the past and would recommend them to anyone.

Description of Work: Dug trenches inside foundation footers, installed drains to remedy minor water seepage issues. New concrete poured over drains done only fairly well. In one area, the flooring, with which the crew was unfamiliar, was replaced haphazardly. The guys worked hard and stayed late, obviously trying to avoid the project spilling over to another day. The company has too few installers on too tight a schedule to do the kind of quality work I expect. |

Description of Work: They repaired water damage to our basement. Installed a sump pump, took down we panelling, and treated walls. Did an excellent job. Highly recommend. Prices were very reasonable compared to other estimates.

Description of Work: My basement is now completely waterproofed and the gentleman who came to give me an estimate was incredibly knowledgeable. The actual work crew was on time and efficient. Only ding: they left their big gulp cups in my yard and didn't replant a few hydrangeas properly.

Description of Work: I was told that the job would take 2 days by the salesman. The crew showed up at 8:30 in the morning and they left at 1:00PM on the same day! They did bring 5 guys instead of 2-3 but I still felt that they did not deliver 2 days worth of value that they promised. I had two other quotes for $3,500 but we went with B-Dry because of their superior warranty. After I complained the President called and they gave me some money off......but nothing significant. In retrospect I am not sure that the $5,400 was worth three hours worth of work. This is not rocket science! I can only say that they were very professional in every respect. I hope that the nearly $2,000 that I spent on the warranty was worth it! So far it seems to be doing the job.

Description of Work: Waterproofed a 2000 sq ft basement

Description of Work: Added to existing B-Dry system.

Description of Work: Jackhammered concrete & trenches perimeter of my basement.They then laid rocks & a drainline in trench,covered & repoured concrete over trench. They also installed a sump pump & installed iron beams along the front wall of my basement to keep it from "bowing".It was a major job, they were very professional & congenial. Did an excellent job. It was very expensive, but my basement is now dry!

Description of Work: They installed new helical torque anchors under one corner of the house to support the foundation. They dug around the foundation, installed the anchors and replaced the soil. The crew worked very efficiently.

Description of Work: I identified the source of the water intrusion and asked them to seal that area only. They agreed and installed both the regular sump pump and a battery back up pump. The system has performed flawlessly. It was most useful during an extended power outage when there was a tremendous amount of rain.

Description of Work: They did an encapsulation of our crawl space. Everything seems to have been correctly and in the timeframe they quoted.

Description of Work: We had a horrible water problem that of course was unknown at the time we purchased the home. We called for estimate and the gentleman that showed up was very informative and professional. There was no pressure from him as a sales rep and upon deciding they were here within 2 weeks. We had to have the entire garage fixed and they also tended to the crawl space water issue. We also had the Blue Canyon package done in the crawl space. The team of 3 was here for 2 days and the job was done. The workers were great and left no mess behind. It was the best decision ever. We have had no water issues since. | |There was a spot in the concrete that cracked a year ago and since it has a lifetime warranty we called and they were here within the week to fix it. | |I would definitely recommend this to anyone with a water issue in their home.

Description of Work: They put 2 piers in the ground to help support the footers. The work was done efficiently and great.

Description of Work: Installed a drain and sump pump in a basement den floor. The power was out that day due to snow but they had a generator and wanted to proceed since they had come from Knoxville to Chattanooga. I had informed them the afternoon before that we had no power but they almost insisted that they come anyway. They had installed the same system in 2005 in another part of the basement. That system had worked without any problems since it was installed and that was the reason we chose to go with them again when the problem occurred in another part of the basement.

Description of Work: Actually, we used them a couple years ago and are satisfied with their work. We did recommend them to our daughter who used them and is also very satisfied.

Description of Work: They took down partial drywall and put in their system. However there was a big storm a few days later and water was coming in further up the wall. They came back and had to take the entire wall down and put plastic on the entire wall to drain water into the system. Now it is working properly. We still have to get someone to do the finish work because they don't do that.
