I am very pleased with them. They came in and gave me an estimate. I needed supports under my home and they did the work with no problems. I would highly recommend them. They were really informative and their products seem excellent. I would have used their complete system but my home did not need that.

They did a good job. They did everything that they said they would. They were professional and courteous as well.

The service turned out great. My husband was recently under the house and he said the work looked very good. My husband was pleased with the service.

The installation of the B-Dry system was acceptable except for the outside drain lines. I had to dig and place them deeper in the ground. Tare-out was done well, however there were issues with replacing what was torn out. They still have not replaced the carpet and it appears that it has been left to me. The contract stated that the carpet would be restored. There are issues between the subcontractors and B-Dry. Also there was pressure to pay before the job was completely done. Not a good business practice.

Crew arrived Saturday around 11:00 AM, explained the process, laid and draped plastic to protect furniture and began jackhammer and digging to footers. They worked until approx 9:00PM and returned the next morning at approx 9:00 AM and completed the job around 3:00 PM. Cleaned area to my satisfaction and hauled off all debris.

As far as I know this company did a competent job. However, I later found that this basement had been waterproofed in the past (I live out of state). It definitely needed repair as the foundation was leaking. I would have at least felt the owner should have informed me that the basement had been waterproofed before but he did not. Furthermore, the guy we worked with never communicated with us after the job was completed. I only found out it was completed after my tennants informed me.

I searched for companies that provide services for basement waterproofing. Three or four other companies came out and all the companies were going to do basically the same thing. I thought B-Dry was the most professional and I liked their price the best. Plus, they provide a lifetime guarantee. Even if you sell the house, the guarantee goes to the next owner.

It was fine. They gave excellent service it was fast and they provided the work they said they would. They provide a life guarantee on the work. B-Dry does not have a yearly fee that you have to pay on the warranty unlike a competitor that does charge for that. I am going to be using them for a second location as well.

We had to have them come out to plug a few leaks in the vinyl wall panels, but they were always very good about coming out without any issue. We had a humidity problem in the basement and after a few attempts to correct it, B-Dry installed a dehumidifier to keep our basement at the right %.

Everything seems to be fine. My overall experience was very good.

They were courteous, did good work, and cleaned up after themselves. The work that they provided has held up and there have been no problems.

We have not had any water and the humidity has been below 60%. They are very professional. They came in and did what they said they would in the amount of time they initially estimated. They are very honest as well. We can tell a huge difference. There is no basement smell. It has added tremendous value to our home, livability, and enjoyment.

The thing I like the most is that it worked. They provided an excellent service. I would call them in the future if needed.

I think they did a good job. It was a huge project. It was a huge cost but it was a necessary project we needed done on our home regarding our moisture and flooding issues.

The estimate was $4,000 and the final price was a shocking $10,000. They did tell us the price would be extra for additional depth - but that it almost never ever happened... however.our overage was more than the original estimate! Do not feel we were accurately warned about what we could realistically expect. The guys who came were good and thorough - not faulting them. It solved the problem - just with much more expense than we ever anticipated.

They went through a discovery process to find out the solution. They would find out where the leak was coming from and recommend a solution. The rep came and poked around the house. He told me the problem was bigger than I thought it was. He showed me stains in the storage area and furnace area, but all I wanted was for the leaking area. I had to prep the areas before they came in. They then, put in their system. A trough in the whole area, sealer a couple feet up the wall. It was a very extensive job. When the people came to put the drywall back in, they said I had a problem. The leaking area wasn't fixed at all. After many calls, I finally got someone to come out here. He told me I had the wrong system put in. He said the paperwork showed that I declined the one that would have fixed the problem. I had spoke to the VP and operations manager, they were yelling at me and are telling me that I have to pay more money and tear out more walls and have a system put in that will work. I no longer have trust in them and have an unlivable space in the basement. They are not sympathetic to my concerns or problems.

They spent 2 or 3 days working on the wall. There is no water on the wall anymore. It is supporting the house and no longer starting to sag or buckle under. I don't know the size of the basement but to just fix that area only cost $1500 which I thought was really good.

We were very pleased with the service. We figure that a service like this will save us in the long run for future problems that we might occur. I would recommend this company to anyone. They have a great business and the sales people are very friendly and courteous. They just overwhelm me with the devotion that a lot of the employees have for a single company.
