"Chris Vestal is the best!! We had water intrusion due to a failed drainage system. Chris showed up within a day of being called, came up with a game plan and communicated with us until the plan was solidified and a price quote was settled. He showed up on time ready for work. In the process he discovered our main water line was in disrepair, called in a company plumber and had our new water line installed within hours. I can’t stress enough his reliability, courteous communication, positive work ethic, knowledge and professionalism!!! Thank you Chris!!"

After a couple of months of work I trusted them enough to pay for work up front because he said he need the money to get materials as he could not afford it. I wired him $7000. As soon as he received it they disappeared and stopped answering the phone. Very disappointed as he sold himself as a hardworking family man of faith."

"I initially selected West Shore Home to do my window replacement principally because their salesman so much less pushy than the others that I requested estimates from. I am allergic to a hard sell! But their excellent service continued throughout the project. I needed a total of more than 20 windows replaced in a 70-year old home. Quite a job! They scheduled the installation well in advance so that I could plan my schedule. They came exactly on time on the appointed day. Everyone on the crew was cheerful, courteous, and knowledgeable. When it turned out that some of the materials sent from the factory had minor defects, they not only offered to replace all the defective panes but even showed me a couple of defects that I had not noticed. And they returned not once but twice to be sure that everything was perfect before they called the job complete."
