Description of Work: Called to request a quote based on Angie's List A rating. They came out and said they would send workers to come the next day to take measurements. No one came. I called back a day later and the lady told me that the workers got busy and she would send someone in a day to take measurements. No one ever came. Still waiting. One can draw their own conclusions from their words and (in)actions.

Description of Work: I discovered on a Saturday that I had major ice dam problems on both sides of my house; this after a long siege of single digits temps and significant snowfall. I am not physically able to climb ladders and clear gutters, and had missed a good deal of income due to the weather. Mr. McMurray's crew had also missed a lot of work for the same reason, so he sent one of his crew to help me out. I was so grateful to get help at a price I could afford under the circumstances! We have agreed that, when he can fit it between major jobs, he will send a crew to install snow guards on the metal roof of my small house to prevent future recurrence of this. When I need a new roof, I will definitely call this company!

Description of Work: Mr. McMurray was contacted to give us a quote on a new roof along with 3 others. He was very prompt to show up for appointment. There was a written quote given to us that evening without pressure and an estimate of how long it would be to start the job. We hired his company for the job. They had one day delayed for rain and called to give us an updated start date. He was on time for start day and the men worked all day and finished up just before dark. The workers were courteous, respectful, and left no trace of anything at end of work day. Mr. McMurray settled up with us and price was as quoted.
