They were assembled wrong and fitting were not tight and we had a leak for a winter and did not know it. There was an odor but their comment was they were new logs.

Leinbach technicians have always been very prompt, honest and professional. With all the different things they've done, I've never had to ask them to redo something. They are always on time and and the prices fair. Their billing / invoice system is great. I get quotes through email and when a technician finishes a job, they have a tablet that allows me to sign for the work and immediately get an email describing the work. I think the only complaint I have is that I can't always get same day or next day service. If it's an emergency, they can usually make something happen but for general work, I have to wait a few days. That's fine though since I know they'll do a good job.

The switches work well, it was more expensive than I thought it was going to be but the wiring system was old and a mess. Finally just told them to stop where they were because the last light circuit was too messed up to fix in a reasonable time.

Fantastic Great I have also had them do plumbing work for me and handyman work. Jim Leinbach is an upright man and he hires competent people to serve on his team.

I have used Leinbach for several years for a variety of services and they never fail to deliver. Leinbach offered me several options that would fit my needs and even helped me with financing. I was able to get a price that fit well under my budget. The new unit was installed the same day and my renters couldn't be happier. Once I gave the go-ahead, Leinbach took care of everything. Leinbach has earned my trust when it comes to repairs and I always feel they have my best interest at heart.

The technicion arrived on time, replaced the part and checked to make certain that the unit was working properly.

I wouldn’t recommend them to anybody. They came out to give me an estimate and they never contacted to me again. They never got me the quote. They just took my money and left. I will never call them or use them again.

The Leinbach services employees were very professional and punctual. They arrived and gave me an estimate of 700-800 dollars after looking at the work required. On the day of service, they arrived punctually and got most of the work done. Some return trips were required to sand and finish the plaster. The quality of the work done was very high and would recommend them for this type of work on a quality basis. My only concern was the work was completed at nearly twice the cost given in the estimate. I decided I would paint the plastered areas myself as I could not afford to be even more over the estimate. My recommendation for improvement would be to provide a more realistic estimate to help customer better budget for the work. Other than this, the work was done well without any issues.

We highly recommend using this company. The employees are knowledgeable and very professional. They are very responsive and were able to quickly answer quickly to all questions. They have performed follow up activities to make sure we are satisfied.

The service was very professional and friendly. They went and picked up the door after looking at the job. Unfortunately because they picked up the door from Lowes they placed a mark up on it. My fault, I should have just got pricing on labor instead of materials too. The job was well done although the exterior did have gaps (from the original building) they I wished would have been addressed. It rained later it the day so the internal wood frame of the door was soaked. After it dries I will have to fix the gaps before we have the outside door frame covered. I was well pleased with the work and the staff. The services is quite pricey. I would use again but will get quotes instead of issuing the job next time.

The experience was great. I can contact them, and they get to my request right away. I love their work.

For some reason they brought out a man lift to do the procedure rather than use a ladder, like the man who installed the dryer vent. It was a complicated process but the job did get done. They were expensive. They were over the estimate.

Called the company in the morning. They are located about 45 minutes away. They dispatched someone and they were there within 2 hours. The only information I could provide was that the well pump was no longer activating and that I had replaced the circuit breaker and that had not resolved the issue. The technician rechecked the circuit breaker, the electrical connections at the pump head, and the electrical connections around the pressure gauge and pressure switch. He determined it was the pressure switch. He checked, but did not have one with him. He went back to Johnson City (45 minutes each way), got the correct part, and returned the same day and finished the repair. He tested the repair in multiple ways verifying the switch and the pump were functioning correctly. The electrician explained what he was doing at each step of the process and made sure I completely understood what was going on.

THEY ARRIVED WHEN I WAS TOLD THEY WOULD AND WERE VERY NICE AND NEATLY DRESSED.THE TECH WAS A YOUNG MAN THAT WAS MY DAUGHTER'S FRIEND FROM MANY YEARS AGO. HE WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL AND FIXED MY A/C TIMELY. I WAS IMPRESSED AND HAPPY TO HAVE MY A/C RUNNING AS I HAD JUST GOTTEN HOME FROM A HOSPITAL STAY THE DAY BEFORE . The people who installed the system were very professional. It only took 1 day to complete. Mike and Zach came at the appropriate time and did what they were suppose to. When the work was finished they took me under the house to show me what they did and cleaned up when they were done. You couldn't tell anyone had been there. The salesman Jeff Smith was very friendly and informative. I chose a Bryant 16 seer system. It was suppose to be a 2 1/2 ton system for my house but they don't make them in the version I wanted so I got a 3 ton for the 2 ton price. I didn't have any problems and they have even phoned to say that my thermostat has a upgrade and they will be coming to update the software.

Mike and his assistant Zach came and installed my new heat pump system. They were very profession and completed the work in one day. They took out all the old crap that they builder installed (the builder is an idiot!) and replaced it and even leveled out the area where the old unit was. Would up getting a 3 ton unit for the price of a 2 1/2 unit.

We have hired Leinbach Services to perform an annual inspection and tuneup of our gas furnace in the winter and A/C units in the summer. The office staff and technicians are consistently professional, prompt, and competent. This November, a piece of the furnace broke and our heat stopped working a few weeks after the inspection. The technician came to the house the same day and diagnosed the problem. The part had to be ordered, and since I was planning to go out of town the next day, they arranged to have it rush-ordered immediately. The technician also tipped me off to a Facebook coupon and saved me $50 on the work!

They did a good job and I would rate them highly. They are doing some work for me now.

I have used this company several times for heating,electrical, plumping, and handyman services. The last time we used them they provided plumbing services for us. They cut an access panel and replaced a roman tub faucet we could not replace ourselves. We purchased the faucet ourself. They also repaired a broken door that had been wind damaged. He repaired the door jam and reattached the storm door to it and painted it to match. They are very responsive and punctual. If they are running late they will call you. They also have a comfort program we are considering joining. You pay a fee for the year that covers HVAC maintenance and priority emergency appointment scheduling for the year.

I have used them before in the past. I have been really impressed with them. We have been able to look at some electrical work and they did an electrical section for me. They heard me talk about how we needed to get somebody to check something on the roof and not even thinking that they would do that, he offered to take care of it for us and he did. I have a really old heating and air conditioning system that I bought in a foreclosure and they had not really been maintaining it. I didn't want to replace them yet, Leinbach Services did the maintenance on them, and they have kept them alive for me. Their pricing is pretty reasonable. The quality has been great.
