This is to update my last review from Feb 2018. DO NOT do business with this company. I was given a TWO year warranty on the installation of my unit. It expires in a month. My unit has pulled away from my house. YES, you read that right. The unit was installed on an unlevel area with mulch and pea gravel underneath the fiberglass pad that the unit sits on. The owner of the company claims that it is a landscaping issue. Again, YES you read that right. This company does not, I repeat- DOES NOT, honor their warranty. AVOID, AVOID, AVOID this company.

The jobs went smooth and very Professional

TJ Laney was our technician with Leinbach Services. He did a super job. TJ was very thorough and took the time needed to properly diagnose what was wrong with our heat pump. TJ was very professional. It showed he really cared about his work. I strongly recommend TJ and Leinbach Services.

Arrived on time. 2 plumbers came. Could not diagnosis problem. of low water pressure Their supervisor came. They went over replacement of pex line, replacement of main valve inside home The tested pressure and determined PSI low from main water meter and the city would need to correct it. Did not attempt to turn main valve inside home to on position. City came inspected the line PSI is normal to the house. No additional work needed from city Quote to replace pex line $2,000-$4,000. Another plumber came later and discovered main valve was barely turned on called their office today and gave the final outcome as no one attempted to just TURN VALVE to on position. Final costs? $90 to Leinbach for service call. I paid it. They did come out. (THREE plumbers)

Excellent. The person who installed my fireplace was not familiar at all with the system. He said I had a gas leak either from the valve or the pilot line but didn't know which and wanted me to order costly replacement parts. Mike Duffy from Leinbach was able to determine that the seal in the conversion kit was not installed properly and easily fixed it. The fireplace works perfectly now. He also took time to answer my questions and to show me how to operate the unit. In addition, he was respectful of my home and wore covers over his boots...its the small things like that that make a big difference.

Mike came out and easily repaired the leak. Very professional and personable. Will definitely use Leinbach again.

Leinbach Services tech Mike Duffy showed up on time and he introduced himself. Mike was very knowledgeable and very professional. Mike was also very patient, thorough, and informative. This was my first experience rendering services from Leinbach and I had a very positive experience. If they have other technicians working for them like Mike then I could assume that they are a well run business that has integrity and I would definitely call them again. I enjoyed the whole process. Leinbach Services is one of the most professional companies I've hired for home repair services. I have utilized them for several things around my home, but in particular I want to discuss their HVAC team. T.J. Laney is the HVAC technician assigned to my home (Leinbach tends to send you the same tech so as to develop a relationship with them, which is an awesome practice!) T.J. is a very courteous young man. He always calls before he comes to the house and is either exactly on time or even early! In addition he is very respectful of your home, very clean with his work and does not leave any mess at all. He is extremely knowledgeable with HVAC systems and is always able to diagnose and fix any problem (if the problem can be fixed, sometimes there is just nothing to do for broken HVAC systems, cars, appliances, electronics, etc as all mechanical things have a shelf life!) T.J. is also able to predict things that may go wrong with your HVAC system and give you tips on how to prevent that from happening (as he pays attention to the customer and listens to how they typically use and maintain their HVAC system, so that he can tell the customer things they may be doing that could damage their system or things that they aren't doing that they should do to prevent it from tearing up.) I consider T.J. as an HVAC Doctor being able to provide both preventive care and curing your HVAC when it is sick! Leinbach is very lucky to have such a professional, courteous, knowledgeable and respectful employee. His attitude and work ethic are very admirable and also exemplary for other employees in any field. I am very glad to have discovered Leinbach Services and to have T.J. as the technician caring for my HVAC system.

We were very happy with the service we received for both our AC repairs and our new gas furnace replacement. All employees were very professional, especially TJ. We would recommend their services, and will be using them for any future repairs.

I had problems previously with a home warranty company. Decided to try these folks. They were available on Saturday, came over, fixed my AC. Charged a reasonable amount. Worker was knowledgeable and polite.

Everyone very professional and efficient. Total pros from everyone dealt with, would not hesitate to hire for other projects needed. Always arrive on time and get work done in timely matter. Service techs take time to explain what needs to be done and then do it.

Our heat pump was old and it finally quit on us. We did what I suspect everyone does when this happens and called several different companies and spoke to friends and family members for recommendations. Imagine our surprise when the one company that we randomly selected from the yellow pages won us over. They weren't the cheapest nor were they the most expensive. But I feel that they were the most honest. Jim came out and spent a lot of time with us talking through the ins and outs of builder grade units versus professional grade and variable speed versus single speed, etc... We ended up with what I believe to be the best unit for our home and the best value for our budget. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. I would recommend them anytime with confidence.

Very professional service. Even able to fix a gas log fireplace that was installed incorrectly 10 years ago. Both service specialist were very nice and pleasant.

Technician purged air from gas line and ignited gas logs with remote. All went well. Technician also added new embers. Technician flushed water heaters and checked heating elements.

I've had a very good experience with them. It was a system as advertised, it works very well. It's one of the top-rated services by consumer reports and that's why I bought it. The system works as advertised and is an excellent system and it's saving us a lot of money.

payed 89.00 dollars for estament and they never called or returned calls but took my money

The guy was very prompt and got right down to it and figured it out. He was very efficient.
