Description of Work: Had a problem with a breaker continually popping off.Called Leinbach Services and they promptly had an electrician come out. he determined it was a problem w/ my security system.where by I called them and they came out right away.They could find nothing wrong,but moved it to another breaker,and replaced the transformer. at no charge. In about two weeks ,the problem returned,and I called Leinbach,and they did not get out for about three days. This time,they sent a very polite young man(the first tech was also very professional).He identified the problem,and not only repaired it but also identified,and fixed a problem I was having with a furnace thermostat. He spent a little over three hours total,which included less than an hour on the furnace. I expected to pay at least an hours labor for replacing the thermostat($65 per hr) ,but was surprised when the charged me another hour to " re-fix" problem on which they had unsuccessfully worked before. In summary,I feel the $148 I paid the second time was double what it should have been. I checked the box above that stated I would not use them again,only because there was no "maybe" I was very impressed with the professionalism of both techs,but know the charges were not their doing.If I use them again,it will be for this reason.

Mr. Member, Thank you for bringing your concerns to us and giving us the opportunity to talk. Dealing with an electrical short can be confusing. In your case, you had one circuit that had a problem and everything on that circuit was suspect even the alarm system. The alarm company checked it out and said it was fine. Then, we came back to finish looking at the circuit and everything on that circuit, every outlet, every switch, every inch of wire, every light fixture, every junction box in the attic, basement, crawl space, every component plugged into that circuit. All of that circuit checking is billable time. As you know, it ended up being a switch. We discovered that when the switch was off it would not show as a problem, but it would trip the breaker as soon as the switch was on. Timing: You sent me an email on Sunday, which I forwarded to dispatch. As per our records, dispatch attempted to contact you via phone and email on Monday. You sent me an e-mail on Tuesday saying you hadn't received a call, but that your power was out and we might not have been able to connect. On Tuesday, we called you again, and reserved services for Wednesday, then followed through with a technician. Amount of service: Our van trackers recorded over 3.50 hours that our technician spent on this job. You were billed for two hours. The bill should have been $241.50, but our records show you paid $148.00. A discount of $93.50 was taken off your bill at the time of service. I apologize for the confusion. Thank you for the compliments about our technicians, and I'll let them know how happy you were with their customer service. I hope this answers your questions.
