He did all the above work. He did it very fast and efficiently. He respected my home by taking his shoes off and cleaning up when he was done.

Joe pulled four strands of wire through existing conduit from a basement breaker box to an exterior access point approximently 150 feet away in the back yard. He then dug a trench from this location to a support post under the deck where he installed a GFI breaker box. Then Joe secured underground conduit between the access point and the breaker box before pulling and securing the wire in the box. Then he dug more to run underground conduit to the hot tub from the GFI breaker box before wiring the tub. Lastly, Joe then installed a new 220 breaker in the basement breaker box for the tub. After the tub was wired he refilled the trench with dirt and thoroughly cleaned up the areas in the yard and the basement. Considering the work that was involved I believe that the cost of service was very reasonable. From what I saw of joe's work I can definitly say that he has a very good work ethic and that he is truely a professional and I will be calling him again when I need an electrician in the future.

Joe is the best electrician I have ever encountered. I had a problem with my breaker box at night. Joe came late at night to restore my power in the bitter cold. In the morning he installed a new box and was finished by noon. He gave me a reasonable price, clearly explained everything I needed to know, was efficient and personable as well. I have worked with this company for several yeaers. Joe is always been extremely helpful and ready to be of service. I called, and, even though it was Saturday, he came immediately to check out the problem.

Joe was in my driveway within a minute of his promised time. He had both GFCI outlets installed in 20 minutes and the fans splitter replaced in 5 minutes. Incidentally, this is the second time I have contracted Livewire for my home repairs and I will use his services for future repairs.

After the recent cold temps, our heat pump had been working over time. During this time, I noticed that a breaker was buzzing while the auxiliary heat was running. I called and explained the situation to Joe and expressed my concerns. He made time for me immediately and was able to diagnose the problem in less than 20 minutes. When I setup the appointment with Livewire to fix our front porch receptacle I was asked what the problem was so when he came to fix our receptacle he had the needed part in his truck. The work was done quick and professional.

the work was well done, & inexpensive. joe clearly explained what needed to be done, and took the time to track down the problem. however, a followup project was not completed, and he is not returning my phone calls.
