Description of Work: Roof, siding, gutters, shutters around the whole house and beside front and back doors! French doors, new front door, back door new windows;) had a few things that got confused as in the door handles I chose but they were right on it, fixed it!!! Very nice people I have enjoyed meeting Steve the owner and all the installers!!!! They even rehung my hooks for flowers and chimes and took the time to let me paint my eagle that goes on our eve and he hung it back up for me!!! Very friendly;)

Description of Work: Installed new asphalt shingle roof after tearing off old asphalt shingles and underlayment. Hauled off all debris and, everything was kept clean and in good order during construction. Very professional crew. The whole job was very well organized. This was the best I have ever seen.

Description of Work: I had Weather Tamer Home Improvements come out and give me a quote on a roof and windows. When Mike Howerton (the owner) came out he was very professional and polite. My husband and I really liked the quote he gave us. So we decided to go with Weather Tamer. We decided to go with a metal roof and replace ten of our windows. The metal roof and the windows looks amazing. The clean up on the job was excellent. I loved working with a family run business. I would recommend them to anyone I know that is wanting to have work done on their home.

Description of Work: I came very close to hiring this firm. I reviewed their history, which was long with mostly A's and a few complaints. Being a designer in the building industry, I knew that the important thing is not that an error occurs, but how it is fixed. This company had taken the trouble to certify its roofers to double the guarantee on the roof. I had full confidence they would have done excellent work. I only took another bid because they were local, and friends of close friends, and equally competitve in price. But Weather Tamers were the only ones who had certified Certainteed Roofers. I hired my friends friend and they have done excellent work, but I sure would have liked that double warrantee! I found the estimator to be very informative and professional.

+ -1 moreMike was very upfront about how he runs his business, and our experience lived up to his standards. A month after ordering the windows, they arrived and It took them 2 days to change them out. They cleaned their messes and rehung blinds and shades and curtains.
Description of Work: Replaced windows with new Energy efficient windows rated to allow for rebate under Recovery & Reinvestment act. Also switched out doors we had bought.
