The roofers were very professional. They were on time and finished our roof in 2 days, as promised. They cleaned up all the debris. Our roof looks wonderful and I would highly recommend Weather Tamers.

In 2020 I replaced my roof with a metal roof. Weather tamer quoted the job and performed the work. All was fine the. Now 2 years later I have a leak and cannot get anyone there to call me back. I have spoke to a person on the phone that said they would look into it, never received a call back. I’ve left 2-4 voicemails, no call backs. I’ve also emailed them, also no call back or response. Stay away if you want service after the fact or warranty!

Mike went above and beyond to make sure our roof was installed properly and promptly after being scammed by Rick Whitaker roofer. I cannot thank him enough for such a wonderful job and especially for being super professional! Highly recommend this business!

The Weather Tamer team did an outstanding job replacing my roof and railings due to wind damage. Michael quoted the job and followed up regularly on the progress, Luther led the roofing team that worked hard, did an excellent job in difficult conditions and were very friendly, and I'm sorry that I don't remember the name of the railing team that also worked hard, did excellent work and were very friendly. Both teams were very conscientious of clean-up and left my property in great condition. I plan to do some additional railing and deck work and will hire Weather Tamer to do the work. I am extremely satisfied and would recommend Weather Tamer to friends. In addition, the cost was less than the insurance estimate.

When I first contacted Weather Tamer, I was greeted in a very friendly matter that was present the entire time of the job. The crew who showed up to do the work showed up when they said they would, and not only did they do a great job replacing my parents roof, they cleaned up so well you'd never known they were there. Better than expected. My husband and I have a vacation home in east TN. A friend who had previously had a roof completed by Weather Tamer referred us. We were in a hurry to travel back home and get everything settled so Mr. Howerton came out quickly and gave us an estimate on the spot. He was not only very professional, he was extremely nice. We discussed the time frame and he answered all of our questions. When the crews started on the roof we were very happy to see they cleaned up all the supplies and materials each day! The windows and siding make the old house look brand new. We are so pleased with the service and professionalism of this company! I highly recommend Weather Tamer to anyone in the area.

They did a less than 'F' job to begin with. Then they came back and fixed some of it. But it's still not done properly. I got the wrong crew. It took them a year to finally fix the whole thing. They were not good. They were terrible. When you've got an L-shaped roof, you've got corners there with gutters going down between them. The guy who did the roof didn't extend those channels past the edge of the roof for the water to go in the gutter. The water went behind the gutter and ran down my fascia board. It took them a year to finally fix that. It was terrible. They were horrible.

The bidding process went well, competitive prices, and the installation went extremely well. I think they did a great job.

Very professional company. Mike came and quoted in timely fashion, scheduled a date and the installation started on time. The work is excellent and the job looks great. It took about two week including some weather delays. This was a smaller rental house that is 1950 built. There was a lot of water damage behind the chimneys. This was removed and new wood installed. The back room had completely rotted away at the bottom from termite damage, they had to jack up the back of the house to insert new supports. The front porch was also very sorry and falling down. It too had to be jacked up and new posts installed.

MIke came out and gave us an estimate in December. He was comparable with other quotes we received, but we were impressed with his work ethic and the quality of materials he uses. Due to a harsh winter, they were not able to install the new roof until March. I talked to Mike on Thursday, March, 3rd, and they were on the job on Monday, March 7th. The job was complete by Thursday, March 10th. Everyday all old materials were cleaned up; there was nothing left lying around in the yard. The foreman and all employees on the job were very hard working, and punctual. They did an excellent job and we are extremely pleased with their work. They also replaced the roof on our storage building and replaced some rotten boards and they stated they would do in the contract. We paid 1/3 down in December, and the remaining balance when the job was complete. I would definitely use their service in the future and would highly recommend them to anyone needed a roof replacement.

They were excellent...and we were more than happy with the job...they went above and beyond and did an amazing job......we did a ton of research and they exceeded our expectations.....they met with us gave us samples, set a date and showed up on time....

Very Professional, Contact was Mike who was great. Repair went as planned and the completed job was great.

Weather Tamer came out and looked around in the attic. He found that the roof was not leaking, but there may have been a leak in the past that has since been repaired. He said that most likely, the previous home owners didn't tape the drywall properly when they repaired the previous damage, so that's why the ceiling was cracking on the seam. Didn't charge me a dime to come out and take a look. He was very professional and friendly. Will definitely call them again if the roof ever develops a real problem.

James was great. We let him know the urgency of having the work completed. We could not get home insurance without a new roof. He came out quickly and did an estimate. We lived out of state and he contacted us with the estimate. Weather Tamer was able to get us on the schedule within 4 weeks. The team arrived and started the work. Each day the work area was left clean. It took a total of 5 days due to the steep pitch of our roof. Each day the crew arrived and worked a full day. Once the roof was completed we received a call from the office letting us know the gutters would be put on the next work day. The gutters were completed in one day. The crew was even kind enough to change the outside light bulbs for us at the top of the 3 story house. We felt that the price was highly competitive. The service and quality of work is excellent. I would use them again and would recommend them to friends and family. Thank you Weather Tamer !

They were prompt making an appointment with me and providing a written estimate. They answered all my questions and when I explained I was getting other quotes he said he would not bother me and he would wait for me to get back with him but call if I had further questions. He gave me time to shop around. I had gotten one quote from another company and even after I told them I was going with someone else they continued to call; I had to get rude with them. I made appointments with 2 other companies and they didn't even bother to show up. By the time I signed the contract with Weather Tamers I felt very confident that they were going to do a good job and I wasn't wrong. I love my new windows and have them up and down everyday. The installers were polite and very professional.

Job was done in one day. Very efficient crew. .....easy to work with. Overall a job well done.

Mike was courteous and professional, and his estimate was in the same ballpark. Ultimately we had to decide between two competent service providers and went with another option, but it wasn't in any way a negative reflection on Mike's company. We thought

Although the weather caused work to delay, the final product is excellent. Mike H is very professional and knowledgeable. Did not get to meet the crew except for the final installer of the snow rails and chimney cap. Due to the time from contract to end there was some mixup with snow rails and chimney cap but in the end it was handled well .

Despite several delays due to weather, and having to work in very cold temperatures, the workers did a fine job. Weather Tamer was very easy to work with, and the roofers were very polite. They did a thorough clean up before leaving. We are very pleased with our new roof, and glad we chose Weather Tamer from among the several we considered. You might find another company to do your roof for slightly less, but if you want QUALITY work, go with Weather Tamer. As the saying goes, "You get what you pay for."
