From the person that answered the phone to the repair technician that repaired the unit, it was a very plesant experience. all where professional, attentive, and responsive to my problem. I know there is a lot of Co.'s out there that do this type of work, but my experence with this Co. was superior to any I have ever dealt with.

Description of Work: This company installed my new (1 year ago) heatpump system. When a problem was identified with the unit Tri Cities was prompt with response and fixed the problem. When the unit was due a maintence they also called and reminded me and then schedualed. The service tech was prompt and very professional.
